First time trying Jet's Pizza, and I was really looking forward to their Detroit-style pizza. I ordered a large deep dish pepperoni pizza and was told it would take about 10-15 minutes. No problem at all -- I hadn't eaten all day, so I was excited to finally try it. The pizza was ready quickly, and I headed out to my car. When I opened the box, I realized they had given me a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni. I went back inside and told the cashier there had been a mistake. His response honestly shocked me. He immediately said, "No, you ordered cheese." I repeated myself and said, "I ordered pepperoni. I never said cheese." He just looked at me, took the box without apologizing, and said "OK" in a condescending tone. Then he told me it would take another 20 minutes to remake the pizza. At that point, I was so frustrated and hungry that I just told him to give me the cheese pizza and left. Not exactly the great first impression I was hoping for from Jet's Pizza. The pizza itself was decent, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. Note to the owner: please train your staff on basic customer service and accountability. I also noticed the owner only seems to respond to positive reviews while ignoring the negative ones. Pizza lovers beware. read more

I've heard about this place for a while. There was one near my hotel, so I decided to give it a try.I ordered online cost me about thirty $35.67 for a pan. My order took about 15 minutes to complete. I walked into the location. It's really small, but I mean, it looks pretty clean. The staff there was about. I don't know six people on duty working as soon as I walked in I waited about I don't know two minutes, and they had my pizza hot and fresh. I took my pizza and walked out. Smelled delicious. I'll tell you off the bat, It's not worth thirty five dollars. It is definitely not worth thirty five dollars. I mean, there is some heft to it. It's pretty heavy. The crunch is great on the bottom of that pizza. But thirty five dollars, this is more like a twenty five dollar pizza at most. I ordered the jet 10 minus black olives because black olives are gross. And they ruin a pizza. I'll tell you the vegetables are not fresh. The green peppers look like they're already gonna go bad. They started burning at the edges. I know cause I used to work at a pizza place and when they start burning it means they are going bad, that's how they start coming out when you cook em. Would I ever tried jet pizza again? Probably not for that price. It's way too expensive for a pizza that you could get somewhere else for the same quality. Flavor wise the pizza did have a good flavor but it's nothing that pizza hut or domino's or any of those other places have. About the same amount of taste. I will tell you that after two slices. I was for that is a plus. -Jet cleanliness 10 outa 10 place looked clean -staff 10 outa 10 got my order quick and seemed friendly -Pizza 5 outa 10 mid at best the undercarriage crunch gave it the 5 This pizza is way over hyped. I do recommend you try it at least once. Its worth trying once read more

Unfortunately the blandest square deep-dish pizza I've had in Austin. It's "fine" but there are a ton of better options nearby. read more

Jet's did a free pizza giveaway on Tuesday and I just have to give props to the staff. With a huge line and rain, they still gave out the pizzas with a smile. I've had Jet's before, but not from this location. Gotta be one of the best chains in Austin. Their pizza slaps! read more

Ordered delivery from here three times. First time, delicious. Second time, pretty good. Third time: no thanks. Third time paid for extra cheese, didn't get extra cheese. Third time the pizza was burnt and crust on one edge scraped the roof of my mouth. OUCH. Third time bought wings, but despite photographs, there is no ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce, and no carrots or celery; there's no mention of these on the menu but since they appear in photos (and are generally standard), I just expected the sauce.. Perhaps they were having a bad day? A $50 order AFTER a 50% off coupon says it all: $100 worth of food? Try again. First and second time, fine. Third time, terrible. At these prices, just say NO to delivery (as you cannot send it back). read more

I love pizza! and I've had a lot of Pizza!! Detroit style has never been my top picks. I would say the order would be NY style, Neapolitan, Chicago Deep Dish, and then as a very distance 4th Detroit... but one bite of Jet's pizza and I am in love. There crust is both pillowy soft and crispy. Their best pizza is the Super Special but they have a lot of customization and there is something for everyone. I would high recommend Jet's to anyone. They make some of the best pizza and it comes from a chain! read more

So so good, filling and couldn't move after. We did a half and half as it's 8 pieces and I finished my four even though I shouldn't have. I held off the bacon but chicken bbq was so good and I like the greasy. It is a deep dish pie style which is what I wanted and the crispy ends hit the spot too. Dipping sauces also help with these. read more

Absolutely killer crust. You can't go wrong with their Detroit style; thick, chewy, and irresistibly crispy around the edges, each substantial slice is incredibly satisfying. They don't have vegan cheese, but if you order the veggie without mozzarella, you won't miss a thing. They load it up with mushrooms, peppers, onions, and olives without holding back. It's takeout only which is probably a good thing. The heat inside was absolutely stifling; I was starting to feel lightheaded while waiting for my pie to be ready. Thankfully, they're also super fast, so I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Give these guys a raise! read more

I ordered the Detroit style 4 piece for takeout. I wasn't too impressed. The pizza wasn't cheesy enough and a bit dry, but that could've been affected by doing takeout and I didn't get to try it fresh. I didn't think the tomato sauce was too flavorful, it could've also used more sauce. Crust was a bit bitter for some reason. Weird after taste. I would probably come back to try one of their specialty pizzas with normal crust instead of the garlic Romano crust that I ordered. read more

Their staff is awesome! I have not had a bad experience. I love them and their support to non-profits! *thumps up and smiley face emojis!

Jet's just recently moved into our neighborhood (Allandale) and once we tried it, we were so excited! The deep dish 4 corner pizza is amazing! Glad it's nearby. We've ordered three times already and it's been added to our rotation! read more

A great option for Detroit-style pizza, which is somewhere between a deep dish and a pan pizza. Good flavor and texture, and they have good marketing as they offered pizzas to teachers at Lamar Middle School to help spread the brand name. Smart move! read more

I just left jet's pizza right across from the hospital. I got a simple New York style pepperoni sauce, large I have the worst pizza in Houston every flight that my daughter picked up down the middle and would not hold altogether. We pretty much needed for which we didn't have so which picked it with our fingers and made of a fun time out of it. The bread Sox spent $27 on something I could've just found in a trashcan. read more

Jet's Pizza - The shittiest pizza in Austin, Texas - Pizza Near Me - Austin, Texas

I've never been a thick crust girl but this pizza has changed my preferences. Usually when I order thick crust I feel like I'm eating way more bread than pizza toppings but this crust is so flavorful I'd happily eat it without toppings. Their wings are also my favorite right now and aren't as greasy as must places. Highly recommend if you want to try something new and be pleasantly surprised :) read more

I ordered a hand tossed Hawaiian pizza through DoorDash from here. It's kind of expensive at $23 and it was probably cheaper to pick it up (by about $6) but I am not going to brace the cold and muller traffic madness to do a pick up. Other than the sticker shock - it's about the same size as a medium dominos pizza - although they say it's small with four big slices. If you want a slightly bigger pizza - you can get eight smaller slices and pay $2 more. I liked the hand tossed since it had a nice soft chew to it similar to papa johns but not with the fake butter stuff that papa John crust adds. The toppings were average. Would I order again? Probably not ... I had their Detroit pizza before and it's the same as via 313 and more expensive. read more

We have been to Jets a handful of times, but lets face it...living in Manor and driving that far south for pie is just crazy...The wife and I were pretty stoked to see this open in the Muller complex...yes it's turning into a mini Domain...and I like it. Conveniently located to the wife's work I can see it becoming a regular thing. Service, just like other Jets is fantastic. I do wish they had more space to dine in, but we made it work...plenty of room around the corner under the shade of a tree. Overall a great visit. read more

Get ready to have a new favorite pizza spot! I have loved Jets since living in the Midwest and this NEW location did not let me down. The other Austin area Jets are just bit to far for me but this one is much more centrally located to the city. I've found similar Detroit style pizza places in the Texas but nothing beats the Jets style with the flavored crust and 8corner pizza. I usually stick to a couple of variations of build your own Detroit style deep dish pizza with either ham or green peppers. I don't think you can ever go wrong on pizza toppings so go with your hearts desire. If you like to have only corner pieces, I would recommend the 8 corner Detroit style pizza. Be sure to add a crust flavor though so your taste buds get moving. I prefer the Cajun or Turbo crust flavors. The cajun isn't to spicy for me but it definitely comes with flavor. I'd say it's probably similar to 'Slap ya Momma' or 'Tony Chacheres' seasonings if you are familiar with those. Turbo is a combination of butter, garlic, and Romano flavors - yum! read more

I ordered what I thought would be a pan pizza because the order UI is impossibly confusing. There is no option for a pan or detroit pizza. What I received was a round pizza with undercooked dough, bordering raw. It's like a Papa John's with somewhat better ingredients. Jet's needs to look at their website from the perspective of a first time customer and understand that it is difficult to figure out how to get a pan/Detroit style pizza. I looked again and still don't know how to get one. read more

It's Friday pizza day I knew there was only one place worthy: Jet's Pizza. Deep. Dish. Pepperoni. That pie doesn't play fair--hits your tastebuds like a Mike Tyson uppercut and your wallet like rent's due tomorrow. $20 for 4 deep dish slices, and I ain't mad. From the first bite, I ascended. Cloud 9? No. I was hovering in the stratosphere. That golden, buttery crust? That's not crust. That's edible devotion. It was baked with real love--not that fake love my ex-wife whispered when she said "forever" then took the dog. Then it happened. "Can I get a slice?" On a Friday? Fine. God's working on me. But ask me on a Monday? You catching hands like it's Fight Night. Ain't no sharing the Lord's pizza. Not when it's only four slices of deep-fried heaven. Jet's, you've got my heart. Pepperoni and all. read more

A new NY pizza spot nearer to me? Had to try it. I tried their NYStyle hand-thrown version. First, their ideal of 'Medium" is way smaller than anyone else's, and it was really dwarfed in the box it came in. More like EconomyPlus. Toppings are only 89c, but you cant get much on a 'medium' pizza of theirs, and they sure didnt give much. Sauce is really sweet. Very little cheese on it, lots of bare crust on the edges. They use industrial dogfood pellets as their 'Italian Sausage', common with cheap restaurant supply outfits like Sysco. It came faster than promised, but for $28 with tip and delivery charge, I wont be ordering again, Glad I tried it, now I know. Did it get 4 stars because Mueller residents are so lazy? I would nae wash me hounds in it! read more

This location is just as good as the South Lamar location. Jet's Pizza is my favorite gluten-free pizza in Austin, more than Desano. I love Detroit style pan-fried pizza. The crust is crispy and delicious! I liked that I could designate cheddar cheese (mostly lactose free) only, no mozzarella or feta. I ordered a build your own Hawaiian pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. read more

Jet's Pizza - 8 piece with mushroom, sausage, and pepperoni. - Pizza Near Me - Austin, Texas

This place is a chain but I do think it is better than the standard dominos type chains out there. I think it has to do with both the tomatoe sauce and the crust. I ordered a small personal veggie pizza and it came with a plethora of veggies. I don't think it's standard to have tomatoes on your veggie pizza (or maybe it is and I am forgetting?) but I really liked it. The service is super fast, it probably only took them about 10 minutes to make it and they were really nice. There is no ambiance here as it's basically just a place where you puck up your food to go- so definitely dont bring a date, but still for sure check this place out if you've never had Jets pizza before because its fast, cheap and still good! read more

i don't eat meat and they don't put gloves on why? i seen it with my on eyes you can get sick like that frfr they have good personality but they need to put on gloves touch all kinds of meat. if they not going to wash they hands now the pizza is delicious. just wear gloves. thank you. read more

I've had Jets twice now and it's been inconsistent. The first time, I dined in and ordered the 4 corner with ranch sauce and sausage. I would've given that pizza 4 stars since it tasted good but wasn't exactly the same as the Jets I had in Chicago. However, I ordered that pizza and a pepperoni one last night and they were both disappointing. My pizza was very bland, which was surprising to me. I don't even know how a pizza could be bland, but it just tasted like nothing at all. The pepperoni pizza was extremely salty and inedible. read more

Ok, I'm a sucker for Detroit style pizza. This pizza in the pic was awesome! When I pulled the pieces apart, the cheese stretched and the crust was super crispy. It doesn't get much better than this. Also, I want to give a shout out to the store manager Joel. He was very personable and cool to talk to. If you are in the Mueller area and want some reasonably priced pizza with good service, give this place a try. I will definitely be back. Heck, I already texted two people about it! read more
