Texas chicken ranch is tasty, a little bit of spice to it. I ordered half with red sauce which was super tasty

My partner and I were visiting for the first time because we love Pinthouse beer! We arrive around 5:30pm and it was very busy without many places to sit inside so we decided to have a beer and order our pizzas to-go. There were seats outside but with the nearly 100 degree weather, there was limited shade and no sort of fans or misters. The disappointing part was coming home to the pizza. Nearly one piece of basil per slice of pizza. Pretty sad. Had to end up getting basil from my own garden. This wasn't promising but I still love the beer!

    Vegan Hoe Down

Shoutout vegan hoe down for being the first pizza I've had in 1.5 years! Crust was thin, ever so charred and the cauliflower paired well with the soft, creamy cheese. Tried a bite of the regular version and it's astronomical with the addition of the pesto and ricotta. Ambiance itself is casual, fun, expected of a pizza spot with ample wooden benches. Mostly self service but they do bring out your food. Solid spot!

First how can you go wrong with beer and pizza! This is an upscale version of the things I love. The burro breakfast beer was fabulous and the pizza... well it's just good! Check it out!! Changed review and stars The to go queso very disappointing.. it was like a spoon full... the container felt empty ... I should have checked before I left restaurant.... She said she'd replace it but I was home and didn't want to go right back... just wasted my money not gonna waste my time too!

Sundance salad with cheese removed & chickpeas and vegan sausage added - vegan and delicious!!

Glad to be updated that the regular crust is actually vegan - employee had previously told me it wasn't. Last visit had a delicious vegan pizza with the new vegan pepperoni option and mushrooms - absolutely delicious :)

Can't go wrong with the pizza here. It's def not Pizza Hut or papa John's. Soooo much better with a variety of options. They really go above and beyond to create some unique pizza options. The place is open and fairly big (not super large with the location being off burnet road). The staff is very helpful and kind. The only negative thing (in my opinion), is that they don't do to-go orders over the phone. I was paying with cash and having an option to order online and pay in person would've been great. Thankfully, today I had time to sit and have a beer after getting off of work while waiting for my to-go order. Now I can't wait to get home and demolish my pizza

Hot Fuzz and Pepperoni & Basil
    Moo Sun K.

The good: the pizza was delicious. Hot Fuzz was perfectly spicy, and the pepperoni was not too salty. A classic. The bad: We came with a party of 12, so we had to split to two tables. Not really recommended if you want to seat a big group.

Since moving to Austin Pinthouse Pizza has been my go to pizza and game watching spot. The atmosphere is vibrant the revive is quick and attentive and the food is even better. My go to pizza has been the Pepperoni Basil Pizza with ricotta cheese and hot honey. It's the perfect combination of salty and creamy and sweet. Don't sleep on their beer it's delicious and also their homemade sodas. My favorite is the Vanilla Crème soda. I will never get tired of this combination.

Ill still give this place a great review. The pizza is outstanding and so isbthe salads. The service is pretty quick. The place is large with many tables to sit. Although there is ample parking in the back it is a little awkward. Nonetheless I'm sure you will enjoy your experience!

Large pizza, half Ooh La La and half Cannonball
    Lauren R.

Perfect place to stop by after visiting downtown with our little fam. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and group-friendly with long benched tables. They have two free arcade games in a corner where our kids took turns playing in between bites and each made a new best friend. Not having to entertain my kid during mealtime? Priceless. Pinthouse makes my favorite pizza in town, and the quality is consistent between visits and locations. We split a large pizza half Ooh La La and half Cannonball and it fed the four of us (kids are 8 and 5) with two slices left over to box up. Honestly can't decide which flavor I love more, both are heads above any other pizza I've had in the Austin area. Also had a delicious orange guava cider. Made for a perfect ending to our afternoon.

    Italian Sub!
    David L.

Giving this place 5 stars because what it does, jt does exceptionally well. Today I visited with 5 friends on a cold weekday evening in February. The tables are all communal (and seat yourself), but we were able to find a spot that fit our crew perfectly. They have beautiful wood countertops and matching benches set up in cafeteria-like rows, and the inside just generally felt homey and warm and inviting. We got both pizzas and sandwiches and we had heard their Italian Sub was fantastic. We were not led astray as the sub was full flavored and BIG in size. Flavors were phenomenal and the bread was perfectly soft and hearty. The pizzas are always inventive and unique and salty. Never too greasy and the spice on mine was just right. Love it.

Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing service. This is the perfect place to go if you are looking for somewhere casual and good. The ambiance was super nice and I always enjoy the open sitting where you have the opportunity to meet new people!

Great pizza place. Tasty pizza and salad. Excellent staff and quick service. The place is spacious with long tables. Highly recommend for nearby offices, locals, and visitors.

The sourdough pizza was really good--almost like a focaccia/Detroit-style hybrid, but with the sauce layered on the bottom. Super flavorful, crispy edges, soft inside... honestly just hit. The building is quite large and inside is cool as the seating is quite spacious and a large number of people can enjoy food and drink at once. Definitely not a tiny, small placed brewery...but it's true... everything is bigger in Texas! When we were at Pinthouse I spotted a Mexican Lager which is a type of lager I love and especially in warm weather... a perfect summer beer for me! The name of the beer was Burro's Breakfast. In the flavor profile of this beer you will find a naturally sweet corn flavor, some maltiness along with a tart and dry finish. The beer is light bodied like most lagers of this type and smooth in body. In addition to having a beer we also decided to get some lunch. So we got a chicken sandwich a piece along with coleslaw and had a very nice lunch. Coming to Pinthouse Brewing proved to be a good stop as we made a pretty extensive tour of the breweries in Austin.

Service: 4/5 Had no issues, just ordered at the counter and voi la! Friendly person took our order & the only complaint is there were no cups outside for water - think it's just busy and this happens! Food & Beer 4/5: I had the magic carpet sour and it was very good, although I will say it isn't as sour as a typical sour would be. Nice drink overall and I think someone who isn't a sour fan may still enjoy it - it gives more cider honestly. My friend and I split the veggie quesadillas and the chips and salsa. The veggie quesadilla was good, the mushrooms they put in it were fab - I wouldn't say it's exceptional for the price but it was good. The chips and salsa were also good, but the salsa was a much thicker green and cilantro based something - I wouldn't exactly call it salsa, but it was good, just a bit misleading. I think they should add a descriptor on the menu, salsa usually means red unless otherwise noted imop.
