Ever since Costco stopped selling combo pizza slices my family and I have been on the hunt for where to get a great slice of pizza that has everything on it (instead of just cheese and pepperoni!). I had a chance to grab a large Pizza Guy Combo today and my stomach was growling the whole time on the drive back from Milpitas (I could smell the fresh pizza in my trunk :-)). I was around the area so decided to give this place a try. I called in to place my order and it seems you can place an order online. I ordered half tuscan garlic chicken and half garlic lovers with their regular crust instead of thin crust. While placing the order, the staff asked me if I wanted all the toppings and listed each one but I was ok with all toppings. I was surprised by the question since I usually have to tell the staff what toppings I want to omit. So to have the staff not just ask but to also list each topping was impressive and showed very good customer service. When I arrived at the location, the staff told me it would be another 7 minutes which I was fine with since it gave me some time to look at their menu to see what they offer for next tine when I'm in the neighborhood. Plus I arrived there earlier than the 15-20 minute timeframe they gave me. The customer area is small and no dining tables except chairs on the sides of the wall for customers to sit while they wait for their order. So if you are looking for a place to dine in, this is not the place. I recommend calling in beforehand or use the app to place your order to avoid the wait time. There is enough parking in the shopping center when I went during lunch in case people are worried about needing to find parking. I brought the pizza home and the pizza looked really good. The toppings are fresh. My kids killed the whole pizza pretty quickly. Good thing I got a slice before they took over. I was surprise my kids killed the pizza since they aren't a fan of veggies but they actually ate all the toppings on the pizza. I would definitely recommend this place if you are craving for pizza and near the area. Just a reminder that this is a takeout spot and not a dine in pizza parlor. Definitely place your order ahead of time so you can be in and out. They have an extensive menu and the rolls and calzone look really good. They also offer pasta. Customer service was great and staff were really friendly. There are other good pizza places to choose from but for a pizza takeout with an extensive menu, this is a place to go to grab a full dinner for the family when you want to avoid cooking. read more

The restaurant is a hidden, behind the Black Bear diner. There were lots of parking places in the plaza. I ordered half pepperoni and cheese. I decided to check out this pizza spot in the neighborhood. i didn't even know they were here as i never go to black bear or starbucks. so, they are right behind black bear diner. you can see them right away once u take the black bear diner exit on calaveras and drive pass the diner. it is a small spot mainly for pickup orders. went with a large half tuscany half garlic lover pizza. i also went with thin crust for the entire pizza to lower the carb and calories. both were pretty good. I decided to ask gemini for some data and was really surprise by the info. using the data, i portion it to 4 servings of a quadrant each meal, mixing the 2 types. actually end up being a controlled and healthy way to consume pizza. the 31g of protein filled me up sufficiently. it also prevented me from eating too much and getting food coma Now, i actually like the tuscan side even more now! this info is the deal breaker. Pizza Guys was an amazing experience! The customer service at this establishment was honestly some of the best I've had. As for the pizza, it was easily one of the best pizzas I've had! I ordered the Combo pizza about 30 minutes before arriving, and it was ready when we got there. My friends and I absolutely loved it! Wow, definitely one of the better pizza mini chains out there! They recently opened this location in Milpitas right off of Calaveras & Main/Abel area. I had called ahead to order and picked up my pizza within 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon so they were pretty quick. I highly recommend the Garlic Lovers pizza over anything else here as there is a perfect mix of everything on it. It was cooked to perfection. Nice crust, cheesy, and they do not skimp out on the generous toppings. They were also nice enough to add on a free 2 liter soda. Bait and switch for the coupon codes. I was looking for a place which was a little less expensive tha. Coliseum pizza, and I decided to try these guys even though the pizza is t quite as good. I ordered 3 different times and the first two I really thought I paid too much, so this time I was watching closer. The text message said $20.xx for my pizza and topping so I tried it. I really thought the online site said the price was right, and when I saw the total it was more, like $12 more! $32.xx. (Can't remember the exact cents). I called them back and asked what was going on and he said I must not have put in the coupon code. I didn't see it on the text message, so I hit the link again and thought maybe there was some fine print or something. It took me back to their site and I ordered the same thing and the price they gave me online was the lower price. I didn't order again, it was just a test to see if I did something wrong the first time. I didn't. They just really screwed me. And I'm assuming a lot of other customers too. Be very careful. Yesterday evening we decided to have pizza while watching the 9ers game. We were happy when we tried Pizza Guys during their grand opening so we tried it again. I ordered at 4:00PM a large half cheese ands half pepperoni, and scheduled for pick up at 5:15pm. Enough time for the employees of Pizza Guys to have it ready by 5:15. Ordering online was not complicated. Arrived in the clean new establishment and told the guy at the front that I have an order to pick up and also I would like to use my free card item for Cheezee Bacon Bites. He assisted me and placed the order. I knew it would take awhile for the cheezee bacon bites since I placed it when I arrived at 4:50. I thought my order I placed online would be ready since it was placed at 4pm. Waited about 10-15 mins and Cheezee Bacon Bites were done but my pizza and my cookie order was not done. Ask why? Because my order only started to get worked on at the time I put in the Cheezee Bacon Bites. When I was called up for my Cheezee Bacon Bites being ready, I asked is my pizza and cookie order ready. I was told not quite yet so I could not help but be a bit frustrated. I notice the co-owner Steven was there and he heard me asking about it so he checked since I did mention that my order was placed at 4pm online. The time was now almost 5:20. After, Steven said it is almost ready they have to slice the cookie. I was able to leave at 5:21 PM with all of my orders. * If you, spend $25 or more don't forget to ask for your free 2-liter soda. * the 8in chocolate chip cookie was good but, it was a bit overbaked.
