Came here since I was wanting pizza. We got the medium size pizza to share and salad. I do like that toppings are unlimited and the pizza we created, we enjoyed it, just wish they added more of certain toppings. The salad was ok. Needed other toppings that were not available. Only good thing was the balsamic vinaigrette. Service was average and there's plenty of room. It was so spacious. Definitely a good alternative to food chains.

Great food! Wonderful service and easy to order online. Customizing my pizza to my preference is the best part of MOD. The No Name cakes are also my fave, especially when they are placed in the freezer.

Not bad at all if you're looking for flatbread DIY pizza! Came here for lunch since TK Noodle was too busy. Love the idea of adding as many toppings as you want and customizing your own mini pizza for $12. I prefer thicker crusts because I actually like pizza dough but nonetheless, this hit the spot. You don't get a ton of toppings though unless you keep saying "more" lol. I'd ask for olives and would get 5... or mushrooms and they would add 7 pieces. Overall, would come if I was in the area but not go out of my way

MOD Pizza is a popular create your own (CYO) Pizza place with unlimited toppings similar to Pizza Pieology. The service is friendly and fast. It's best to eat it when it's fresh out of the oven.

I ordered the Tristan pizza and a Greek salad for pickup. The Greek salad was missing the black olives, and unfortunately the chickpeas tasted spoiled, which was disappointing. As for the pizza, the crust reminded me of a homemade pizza made with a tortilla, very thin and not quite what I was expecting. For the portion and quality, I felt the pizza was overpriced. Overall, it just wasn't for me. That said, the service was good and pickup was smooth.

MOD has been a good option for my family as they have their dairy free cheese and plant based meat for the vegan in our household. At $13 it is filling enough for me to eat for lunch and dinner (supplemented by some additional veggies or protein). They are consistently generous with their toppings. I have pretty much always opted for the build your own type to get just the right combo of veggies to pair with my desired meat for that day. I have never eaten there, so I can't speak to that. However, whenever I have picked up my pizza I have been greeted warmly and serviced quickly.

The service was fast for so little people, the ambiance was ok. It was nostalgic. THE food was bomb. The flavors were stronger than blaze and for some reason it tasted so good. I like the size too because a mod size is pretty good and i couldn't finish the pizza.

A lot of near by Mod pizza is closing down so I am glad this still standing but I don't think it will for long as the economy slowing down. This is my favorite for a quick and generous topping on a pizza. I came here and it never gets busy only when there is a game day on weekend. My pizza is always with everything, I literally means every topping on the pizza expect cheese. I know, I am a not cheese girl so my pizza always without cheese. My pizza is like a salad which means huge mountain of topping which I get my money worth every times! Services is always quick once you stand in line assembly your pizza then pay for it and wait for it to be cook in the oven which about 10 minutes. I hope it will stand in time since there are so many options and restaurant surrounding the area.

I love building my own pizza a that's exactly what MODs is. The line is really quick and the workers are very friendly helping you make the pizza. I always ask for extra pepperoni and the portions are really generous. The reason I didn't give a 5 was one time I ordered to go and the pizza was really burnt where I had to only eat the toppings but not the crust and didn't realize this until I got home. I should have double checked before leaving so it was partly my fault. The inside is very clean and there is lots of space for parking and dining in. Overall I love coming to MODs for my pizza craving. Definitely will continue coming back specifically this location!

I could swore this was across the street when I last visited. Shout out to Geo for the patience and recommendations. He suggested putting cheese on top to finish and that made the pizza even tastier. There are a lot of options to choose from but nothing is labeled. I felt bad for asking what everything was and just ended asking for a little bit of everything. It's a pretty decent size pizza that can be split into 2-3 meals. With tax, it comes out to less than $15. Get it to go so that it comes in a box to take home. They do have small to boxes next to the drinks too. Sometimes they cook the pizza with the slip under it and the ink and paper melts onto the pizza...this time the label was on the box. Also sign up on the app for a free no name cake brownie.

This review is primarily for Lina|Lena [[ I obviously am not sure how she spells her name ]] who is such a delightfully pleasant human being!! Our group of 3 adults and 1 toddler strolled into MOD Pizza after having a long, exhausting, yet very enjoyable day at our local amusement park. The idea of having pizza for dinner popped in my head and we immediately headed over to MOD Pizza. Lines weren't too long when we arrived and placed our orders but it did pick up midway through our meal. Dont be discouraged at the sight of long lines because the staff is quick and super efficient in getting you want you need, promptly. Purchases: Mini -6in [build your own pizza] Cauliflower Crust [BYO pizza] MOD -11in [olives, mushrooms, sausage] Cheesy Garlic Bread Easily a 5 solid star visit when it comes to customer service and delicious eats. Unfortunately the floors were extremely sticky and the table tops felt like there was a film of dirt. I moved to 3 different tables hoping to avoid the icky feel but that was a complete fail. Minus one star because this particular MOD Pizza could use some heavy duty scrubbing.

Went today and order a standard mid pizza 11". Price jumped from under $10 to $13.09 and I don't have an issue with that cause inflation is real. What bothered me was getting less pizza from more money. The crust is super thin. I've had thicker tortillas! Service was good. It was pretty busy so I guess no one cares for the lack of crust thickness.

Slice of New York? How about slice of heaven!…read more I remember my first trip to New York City and my slice of authentic New York pizza. Honestly it wasn't that good. The famous "slice" was underwhelming. So imagine my surprise when I heard rave reviews of Slice of New York on Stevens Creek in San Jose. I had to try it for myself. The service is attentive. The staff make sure you understand what you can order and very carefully take down your order and name. This is reassuring if you've ever had a wrong pizza order. No chance of that here. I ordered a large half pepperoni half mushroom olive to go and a slice of pepperoni while I waited. The slice was impeccable. Large enough to fold over like I was taught in New York City, unlike the slice I had in NYC, this one's tip didn't flop. Perfect! Next came the first bite. Hot, crispy, the perfect amount of sweet tangy pizza sauce, and the great chewy mozzarella. Hot all the way through. All fresh. All perfect. If you want better than the authentic thin crust New York City style pizza, whether a slice or a whole pizza, Slice of New York on Stevens Creek in San Jose is the place to go. When you walk in expect a line. This is ok because it gives you time to see ehat pies are zcsikbsly for slices. Don't worry if you don't see pepperoni, or cheese. Those are always available in the cabinet below the glass display. Get a black t-shirt. The design is retro-perfect.

It smelled really good and tasted so freaking amazing. Love how the toppings were loaded and to the brim of the crust. Just how I like it. Nice crispy pizza and not oily unlike some other places. Kinda tasted like a chicken bake. For the price, I think it's worth. I would definitely be back!

There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and we were able to be seated without a reservation. The vibe is really casual, and we saw lots of people in big groups. The service and food were okay but nothing really stood out. Our pizza had a good amount of cheese, but the middle was so thin that it basically disintegrated as we picked up each slice. The gnocchi was pretty doughy and bland, but the salad on top was really good and saves the dish. We also got 2 sodas by the staffs' recommendation and one of them wasn't even carbonated , which in my opinion, is the whole point of a soda. However, after the incident, observation and order of food I received on 6/13/26, I cannot support this location. As mentioned we always had a pleasant experience at this location, with great service and great food. But this day the entire staff was off, and it was mainly due to the negative, micromanaging and rude manager/owner Partika. From the moment I walked in the establishment the vibe seemed completely off than what I was use to from past visits. It was scorching hot inside and the employees looked miserable. I quickly figured out why, as I placed my order with the gentleman upfront who was doing a great job, and here comes Partika hovering over him and reaching over him re-asking my order, although the employee had already entered it in and was simply trying to ask if I wanted to add anything else. Once done and paid, she then moves to the back counter and begins to holler over to the employees in the back about hurrying up with tickets, although they weren't very busy. I stood to the side as I had ordered a slice to grab now for my child, and then a full pizza and wings to go. Upon waiting, Partika approaches and tells me to sit down. I looked at her and told her it was not her discretion and I would await the slice to come right out as I already discussed with the employee. Once I obtain the slice i exit and wait in my vehicle in front of establishment. Out comes Partika harassing two men who had just finished up their pizza when I originally walked in and were still sitting at one of the table now having a refreshment from the adjoining establishment. She told them they could not sit at the tables they were reserved for her customers, and they told her they had just ate there and she begin to argue that now they had to move . Be advised there were many tables outside that any guest could choose from and her establishment was far from busy. Once my order was ready, I went back inside , and again she was arguing with another customer who stated the pizza she attempted to hand her was not hers if she could double check. Her rude comment was yes this is yours and the customer explained no her receipt clearly showed this was not her order. The gentleman apologized for the entire ordeal I had experienced and seen and gave me my order , in which I asked who she was and her name for reference. She then bolted towards me asking what the problem in which I told her the issue is she is very rude to very customer I had seen her interact with in the last 20 minutes. Fast forward to arriving home to now enjoy pizza and wings with my family. Open the box and the cheese is stuck to the top bc they failed to properly package it to avoid this mishap. Furthermore several of the winds were undercooked which could have created severe illness. I blame her presence, bad attitude and rushing her staff for these issues. I love the Tony Gemignani pizza brand but this Slice House in Mountain View has a terrible manager/ owner Partika who needs better customer service skills as well as management skills. I much rather have spent $100 with an establishment who had good customer interaction and treated their staff with respect.
