I have gone to this location a couple of times and every time I go in, the workers do not acknowledge their customers and would just stand there talking and talking. I recently ordered a 2-item entree plate with steamed rice, the limited-time only firecracker chicken breast and eggplant with tofu. As you can see from my picture, they are super stingy with the portions and it is not worth the $10 that I spent. I still have steamed rice leftover with no more meat or veggies to eat. I can just go down the street and go to a different Panda Express location that is more friendlier and better with their portions. Skip this location and save yourself some money and time. I ordered my food on the app and that was ok. I then went to the store to pick up my food and went to the register where i proceeded to wait until they were not busy. There were two other guys behind me with phones in their hands which I think were delivery apps. The lady said who was first and as I stepped forward to give my name she looked behind me and asked the guy with his phone in his hand. She then proceeded to ask another guy about his order and completely ignored me. The two delivery guys got their orders and then as more people came in with phones in their hands they were helped and I'm just standing there. Even after someone comes in with a phone and she takes their name and I'm standing right next to them she goes and looks for their order or does something else not asking me anything. I guess since I didn't have my phone out then I was just standing there for 20 minutes for nothing. Finally she notices me and I let her know that I had been waiting for 20 minutes and being ignored and she didn't apologize or anything just told me that they were waiting for something. After coming to this location for a while now, I usually always order the "bigger plate." Majority of the time, they did not mention your third entree. You have to ask for it. And watching customers get skimped and uninformed that they still have another entree to choose from that isn't in the box container but an additional side that is suppose to be included for that third entree. IMHO This was my first visit to this particular Panda Express, mainly to redeem my free "T-Mobile Tuesday" Orange Chicken Bowl. We had problems accessing the site in order to order on-line, so we called the store and was told to come in and show the redemption code. Fast forward to pick-up...we ordered our food through the queue line...then waited for someone to redeem our codes at the register (but staffing seemed short and no one was manning the cashiers...) Finally the young lady who filled our orders started to bag up our take-out and we showed our phones with our T-Mobile code. She went to get her manager Joy, who came out to express her apologies. She explained that since the promo was so popular everyone was trying to redeem the codes, which slowed down the online ordering process. Joy suggested we come back later. We told Joy that we wouldn't be purchasing the food that had already been packaged for us. Joy stepped up and honored the promo so that we could leave with food! This place stays busy at all times for the most part. The food here is always hot and fresh to eat. It doesn't help that consumers are impatient and difficult. They don't follow rules and give the staff a hard time. I wish they would enforce the Covid guidelines whenever customers do not follow or respect the environment. Shout out to Rosa.
