Taco Bell had a new flavor on their burritos, called the Caliente Cantina Chicken Burrito: Double the slow-roasted chicken, Caliente Sauce, crisp lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, cheddar cheese, freshly prepared pico de gallo inside a grilled flour tortilla, and an Avocado Verde Salsa sauce packet (3.5/5). The burrito is flavorful and tangy even without the avocado verde salsa added. It was like a good tasting salad in a wrap. The service was pleasant and polite. read more

I ordered a vegetarian bowl from your restaurant, but when I received it, I found chicken mixed into the bowl. I specifically ordered the vegetarian option because I do not eat chicken, and this is also important to me because of my Hindu religious beliefs. This is very concerning because I trusted that the vegetarian item I ordered would be prepared correctly. I would like this incident to be investigated and would appreciate a refund and an explanation of how this happened. Please take this matter seriously and make sure appropriate steps are taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. read more

Came here this morning and Dora and Sonia was not the nicest. I felt like I was racially profiled. Not one, but two times I had to come back because my order was not correct. First time was because I asked for light ice and my drink came with mostly ice. I was treated like a dog when I came back to get a different drink. She used a water cup to pour into my cup that I already had as if I had a dirty cup or something. I had to basically throw the extra ice out of my widow. Felt quite embarrassing. The after going home for the second time, I had to return to the establishment due to my breakfast having bacon instead of sausage like I asked. I have never ate pork due to religious beliefs and I felt like my religion was compromised due to the order being incorrect. When arriving back, I got crazy looks from Dora and Sonia as if I am trying to get over on the company. I had asked for a compensation due to the inconvenience of returning not once but twice, and all I was told was I can receive chips and nachos... during breakfast time?!. I usually come to this location but this is the first time that I am reconsidering my favorite late night spot read more

It's really hard to review fast food places. We all been going to Taco Bell since we were kids. It really hasn't changed. Taco and burritos and nachos. Is it gourmet food,No. Is it filling and good,Yes. As for service, all I ask is that you get my order correct. Take your time and get it right,I'm not in that big of a rush. This location is actually not that bad. Their slow, but usually correct. I try not to go inside. To many bad experiences with the unhoused, read more

Taco Bell has always been a godsend for me. Whenever I am feeling down, I feel comforted knowing that I can get some loaded nachos and take a nice nap afterwards. My first time getting Taco Bell in the Bay Area was takeout from this Berryessa location for a nice Saturday lunch with my family. We were able to order online ahead of time, which made ordering for 7 people very easy. It also showed a progress bar as your food was being prepared so you could monitor its progress. The convenience is great! We were also able to get plenty of diablo sauce packets. I ordered my go-to loaded beef nachos. I would definitely recommend them or the Crunchwrap Supreme. They didn't have nacho fries, so on the side I got chips and guac with extra nacho cheese. I was very happy after this meal. For some of my family members, it was their first time trying Taco Bell, and they loved it. The best part was that we received an extra soft taco in addition to everything we ordered! Overall, I loved the portions at this location, and everything tasted good. I'll be on the lookout for when their nacho fries are back! read more

I have been to TB 2x's in the past 3 weeks. I purchased 2 bean burritos on each visit the 1st time I only got beans...no sauce, onions, or cheese. I went back the next day and they gave me two new burritos. The second time they gave me 1 burrito with only beans. This is rediculas! I will NOT be going back to this TB! They don't pay attention to what the customer is ordering...it's all about how fast they can get an order out. For the price they charge for fast food they need to pay attention!!!!. read more

I grew up in the bay area for more than 30 years. When I was young i used to go to Taco bell to get a number 3 which is Supreme burrito and a Crunchy taco. Back then the portion was nice and it was tasty. Been a long time since I had Taco Bell so I decided to come here today to get my usual number 3. OMG how things have changed so much. The Burrito was half of the size back then. Barely any beef in it. The Taco also nothing other than vegetables . I know everything has gone up in price but at least keep the portion the same. Also the lady at the drive through is not friendly at all. As for today, Taco Bell is off my fast food list. Bye bye Taco Bell. read more

Alright. Maybe my 2 stars from waaaaay back when was too darn premature. My guy and I came here last night because I had a massive craving for TB's soft taco supreme [Yasssss guys!!! Pay that extra 50 cents or so for that sour cream and chopped tomatoes- you'll thank me later]!! Extra brownie points for this particular location being opened late late night!! They stay ready to serve until 2am!! SCORE!!! Our party of two loaded up on: 6 soft tacos supremes 1 hard taco supreme 1 Mexican pizza Large Pepsi & 1 steak quesadilla Food was absolutely delicious and fairly hot which took me by surprise. Not a single item was missing from our order [which always seems to happen to us whenever we make random purchases late night]. The employee skimped a bit on the mild sauce but whatever- I guess it's not their fault that I can literally drink that stuff. 4 stars, I will definitely be back. read more

Cashier charged me for nacho fries when I asked for nachos. She said if I say nachos it's considered nacho fries. What? She tried to make it seem like it was my fault for not saying chips and cheese. She didn't try to make things right. She said she could swap the "chips & cheese" but wasn't going to refund the price difference. Yet when I asked for a side of jalapeños she made me pay the difference. No customer service skills what so ever. I will never come back to this Taco Bell even if I have to drive an extra mile or two out of the way. read more

Honestly, Taco Bell hits the spot sometimes, when you're craving some Mexican-inspired food LOL. I've been trying more things on the menu, I used to only order the Nachos Supreme. During quarantine, I've been eating a lot of Crunch Wraps with steak, and my NEW favorite item: the Toasted Cheddar Chalupa. You gotta be extra and order it with steak, it's life-changing. The crunchy outer shell is thick and crispy, covered in a whole layer of cheese. It doesn't ever get soggy with all the toppings and hot sauce drenched on top. It is literally my and my boyfriend's new favorite thing on the menu LOL. The reason for my 3-star review is because of the Taco Bell app. The user interface is pretty simple and straightforward, but the functionality is kind of a disaster. It's really challenging to substitute or modify items, like if you want steak vs. beef; you gotta re-add it a couple of times to make sure it's right. However, it's nice that they'll let you order online and go through drive-through to pick up your order. Overall, Taco Bell itself is BOMB, but the app falls a little short for me. read more

Not only has pricing gone up due to inflation, but quality has suffered as well. At times there's a language barrier with the elder Indian lady (she's been there forever it seems like). They are very skimpy on their meat. I usually order crunchy tacos as part of my meal and there is 5 times more lettuce than ground beef. Also, sometimes I order the quesadillas and the new packaging is not very convenient. Often times the melted cheese gets stuck to the packaging and it creates a mess when you're trying to pull a section to eat. They also charge extra for a side of sour cream (used to come with the meal for free). Only positive I have right now, is that it stays open later than most places. I think their drive-thru is open till 1am. The Taco Bell at the Alum Rock / Capitol location has better quality. read more

I caved after years of not eating fast food but I don't regret it because it was a gluttonous meal for cheap plus I wanted to try the naked chalupa. I liked it. Needed more lettuce and diced tomatoes though. Also ordered my favorite from before: crunch wrap supreme. It was just how I remembered- greasy, delicious, and left me feeling hungry because though it was heavy, it wasn't a voluminous meal. I eat a lot. So what? read more

Went to this taco bell with a group of 3 at 4:30 pm. The service was expected so it took about 10 mins to get the food. We got a luxe box, nacho fries, Doritos tacos meal, cheesey potatoes, and a chicken flatbread melt. The food was fine, but not the best: The fries were a bit soggy and could have had more seasoning, the flatbread melt was rolled weirdly, and the tomatoes tasted a bit off. One complaint is that there are no napkins available for self service. As for the ambiance, the vibes are pretty chill. The tables are nicely spread out and the workers were nice and speedy with our orders.Overall would probably choose a different taco bell if I had a chance! read more

I went to the drive through at this location and ordered a Nachos Box. Seemed like the place was run by little kids, discussing various aspects of their social life...some of it fairly inappropriate for the public to hear... Then there is the nachos box I got...soo disappointing. I did spend money on this; most of the box was chips with barley any meat on it. It looked nothing remotely close to resembling the ads I saw on TV, which was the sole reason I ordered this. Think I will avoid this location from now on... read more

Taco Bell is Taco Bell... it's a solid 4 star fast food joint based food yumminess and taste. I was, however, going to give this location only 3 stars cause it's got NO drive-thru but their new healthy FRESCO menu bumped it back up again. You can get the same terrifically unhealthy treats you used to eat fresco-style now and take away tons and tons of the fat and calories. That seems to work well for my new health kick so when I need quick eats, I know I can safely stop into Taco Bell. How's that for crazy?! This location has little different than the typical location but it is always clean and the people aren't rude, but not overly friendly either... See ya there. :) read more

I will always love taco bell, it has a special place in my heart. And when I find one that's near home and serves it well every time, I'm golden. I love their menu variety - meat? vegetarian? hard tacos? soft tacos? They have it all. This place is next to Villa Sports gym, which makes it both a very dangerous and great place after a sweaty workout. The new Taco Bell app absolutely sucks in terms of navigation, reliability, etc but this Taco Bell has been good about getting my order right and having it ready when I arrive. Terrible employees! We went 7/9/23 at 8:45 pm, and a male with a mask gave me a terrible attitude. I was waiting for him to say hello or at least the total, but he just stared at me as i was looking for my card, he screamed me saying "HEY" and then proceeded to not say anything and roll his eyes. I cussed him out on the way out, but please get employees who have manners, and when the window was open it smelled SO BAD. What the hell is this place! read more

As the weather has been so rainy recently, we decided to swing by Taco Bell to pick up some food to go. Between 1-2pm, there wasn't a crowd at all. We were able to park right in front of the restaurant. When we walked in, nobody was at the registers and we decided to order at the self check out kiosks. That is were all our problems started. Starting on the left kiosk, we were able to see the items and flip between different menus, but selecting any item didn't work as they were all grayed out. At the top of the screen we tried clicking on different sections and see more of the menu options. The same issue continued to happen where we couldn't add any item to our order. So we thought it was just and issue with the first kiosk. Then we moved to the right which was the second kiosk. When we clicked on the individual items, it had the same issues where you couldn't add them to the order. During the whole time, nobody came to the front registers. So we kept on trying the kiosks and finally saw a reboot. We can't tell if it was a glitch or somebody from the back rebooted the system. Anyways, we continued our ordering and finally selected all the items and tried to check out. I was able to tap my credit card, but it was stuck on the sending you a receipt page for a very long time. I had to click on the screen to keep it active because it asked me if I wanted to continue multiple times. The screen was just a spinning circle in the middle like it was trying to process. After I turned my back to the opposite side, the person at the pick up window said my order was ready. I let them know the kiosk is still stuck processing my order and receipt. She then said let me take care of that and printed out a receipt. We gladly took our bag of food and verified all the items before leaving. Overall, there were no employees working at the front, the kiosks didn't work well in the ordering process and the payment process, and cost of the meal has gone way up. read more

I haven't been to any Taco Bell in over a decade. No joke. What's even more crazy is that I've lived near this Taco Bell for those 10 years! Time flies, and it was time to check it out. So how did it fare? Well, the dude at the drive through sounded as if he belonged in the world of radio. Besides that, the experience was OK. The food is nothing special, but they are really trying to be unique with their stuff. Dorrito tacos? Yup, it's a thing now. Taco Bell will never be anything special, but sometimes it's worth checking out for various reasons. It had become a novelty for me after all these years, so I gave it another shot. read more

This is the 3rd time in the past few months I have stopped by here just to grab something real quick. I ordered 2 bean burritos no onions. Same order every time. 1st time they didn't listen, onions on the burritos. 2nd time, no onions, but sour cream, and no sauce?? 3rd, today, the same order: 2 bean burritos, no onions. I got back to the house with 2 breakfast tacos. Wtf? Really? I know it's just fast food but come on. There was only 2 cars in the drive through before me. All orders were from the drive through. So basically what I'm saying is, before you leave this place whether you walk in, or drive through, you had better inspect your entire order before leaving.
