I made a minor complaint about the slanted soft serve for my 4 yr. old because I didn't want it to fall on her. Well, she told us to "get the f out of here" in front of my child, even after I asked her to stop the language. I would have left but not after the cursing in front of minor. Do not place any curbside orders, unless you have 20 mins to burn and enjoy cold soggy food. They don't come outside to deliver your food unless there's a minimum of 2-3 cars waiting for their curbside orders. This is to reduce employees having to walk in and out numerous times. I ring the doorbell and the person inside tells me to go around and get in line where there is about 15 cars in line. I tell them I'm here for an order. We ordered 3 sundaes and they were the most pitiful looking sundaes I've ever seen. They were filled up to not even half full. There was very little hot fudge topping even after asking and paying for extra hot fudge. My wife immediately said that they were unacceptable. They were so snotty with us that my wife asked for the manager. The worker responded with "I'm the manager". There's NO way this guy was the manager. So arrogant and ghetto. Anyway, they told us to go park so we did. A girl brings it out to us and they barely filled any more than the original ones. My wife asked what the managers name was and she kept responding with "why do you want to know his name?" Again, SO nasty and rude to us. This is the closest McDonalds to my house and I will NEVER be going back there. Bad location but my go to! The front door is locked so ring the doorbell and wait for someone to let you in. The fries are hit or miss, most of the time old oil but it's a good pick me up. I cannot stand how many times I have came to this McDonald's and every single time they've gotten in my order wrong driving through the drive-through they do not give you your receipt as you pass through then when you come to the second window, it's like did you get your receipt as you're explaining to them your meals incorrect they do not explain to you using the app what's accepted what's not. Then you go on side to try to explain to them because you can't hold up their line so they make you park and when you get in nobody knows what you're talking about. I purchased 2 small orange juices and 2 breakfast sandwiches, totaling $18.99 this morning. I gave the cashier at the drive thru window a $20 bill. I should have gotten back $1.01. Instead, the cashier only gave me a single one dollar bill - no penny. When I asked for my penny, she said this location does NOT have pennies. When I went to the pick up window, I asked to speak to the manager, which the lady at the window said she was. I asked for my penny. She said "no", we don't have pennies. I said I considered it stealing my money and would call the police and wait for them to show up. She found a penny in the cash register nearby, which I could see, and threw it into my car. This is still one of the 2 neighboring locations near home so I am forever returning regardless of the irritating quirks that this particular McDonald's has. Long lines @ the drive thru are still unavoidable but the food is typically hot. Fries, on the other hand, come out kind of stale at times- what's up with that?? Service is pretty speedy but the employees are extremely short. I recommend you come prepared with your order to help speed the entire process along, it'll also spare you a few sighs and glares. 2 stars overall but one added star because this place came through on my last two visits for their soft serve on a cone. This is my usual go-to because it is nearby. They do a decent job on the orders, occasionally messing them up, but not too often. They've had a problem stocking the filet o fish lately. It seems they've been out of it for weeks. I've only eaten inside a couple of times, and it's like any other McDonalds. I usually order my fries and Nuggets crispy and half the time they get it right. Don't expect too much, and you won't be disappointed, I'd put this place in the top 10 percent of McDonalds I've been to. You won't get the service of an In N Out or Chick Filet, but if you want something quickly or are craving salty fries, you'll appease that desire. Review for Drive Thru - I appreciate that there are two lanes for the drive-thru to speed up the process of ordering as this location gets pretty packed. Located in the corner of the strip mall makes it an easy place to stop in for some quick meals. Claimed my Thank You Meal and ordered with ease and they honored it until the last day. I would say that the quality of the food here is good, but my Filet-O-Fish was skimpy on the cheese, otherwise, it was good and the fries usually range from warm and soggy to fresh and hot out of the fryer. I will say that their soda machine tends to run flat, especially the Sprite. The staff at the drive-thru have always been quick and pleasant with no issues. I normally eat at McDonald's once every 2-3 months because it really takes me back to my child hood as I used to love coming to McDonald's as a kid. I miss the characters that don't seem to show up anymore. Bring back Grimace! Still, I really do like the Big Mac. This is fast food at it's best and worst, but again I'm a sucker for the brand. This location gets very busy, but they do a decent job in keeping their line moving at a reasonable pace. Their orders usually come out correct here, but one thing I have noticed is that you have to be careful when adding mayonnaise or other condiments to your burgers, as they can overload your sandwich.
