Five Guys have the best fries ever. They have free peanuts also that you can enjoy while your order arrives. This place is next to other businesses but the parking is overall easy to find here. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. And I saw a staff member clean the tables frequently so its easy to get a clean table. And there are a couple of tables outside if you want to sit there. Whenever I have a hankering for fries, I visit five guys. It is a little expensive, but you can see them making the fries FRESH right in front of you - never will you have stale, cold, limp and sad fries when you go to Five Guys! For about $10 for a large, its more than enough for two or three people to share. They fill a big ol cup and then put a whole other scoop inside the paper bag. It's endless! And they come out crispy, hot, and nicely flavored. Only thing is that its pretty salty so you have to ask for light salt and maaaaybe theyll make it for you. This location is in a plaza with plenty of other options like target and tk noodle so theres plenty of parking. The vibe in here depends on whether or not its busy. Most people order their food out versus staying to eat. I have also gotten shakes here multiple time and theyre made really well and absolutely delicious! Much prefer this location over the alameda one. More parking spaces, this one is in a bigger plaza next to Target and other businesses. I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger (1 patty). Food took 8-10 minutes to come out. The other day my family brought back hotdogs from here as well, you can add anything to the hot dogs because I pulled one out the paper bag and it came with cheese, tomatoes, and pickles. Main reason I liked it here better is because my burger was a lot less messy to eat. I originally didn't like five guys because I felt like my burger was always so soggy when I eat it there right away. I only got tomato lettuce onion and bbq sauce. Put ketchup myself while eating. Looks like this location is up to three stars on my Yelp review. Came into 5 Guys to get my burger fix. The burgers and fries are always delicious and juicy, with crispy fries. This experience was much better than last 2 times I was here. The employee at the register was welcoming, patient and helped us out with our order. What a difference. However, why is there a tip option when you're paying if you're not getting table service. This is new to me and I haven't seen it before. The menu is simple; pick your burger or hot dog and choose any of the list of toppings to go inside (mayo, ketchup, mushrooms, etc) for free. My girlfriend and I visited on a Friday lunch and the food was good as usual! I got a cheeseburger "all the way" and she got a junior bacon cheeseburger "all the way". This was her first time trying it out and she said she enjoyed it a lot. The fries are one of the best around and they really give you a cup of fries and stuff more in your paper bag so you get your moneys worth. The service was good. When we were visiting though, there was an altercation going on between a customer and a worker. From what I've heard, the person was occupying the bathroom for the longest time and other people needed to use it. When asked to leave the bathroom, the face tatted customer started victimizing himself, threatening the workers and threatening to sue all while recording. The lady that was standing up to him was not fazed and did not back down! Eventually the cops arrived and the troublesome customer was dealt with. I absolutely love Five Guys- it's probably one of my favorite burger spots so I'm a bit bias. The food itself is always amazing and portions are perfect. I usually get a "little" burger and it's plenty. At every single location you get triple the fries that you order so always order a small (trust me). We ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, a little cheeseburger, and a small size Cajun french fries to share. The nice thing about Five Guys is you can customize your burger to include certain condiments and toppings. If you're carb conscious or on a keto diet, you can ask for protein style and forego the burger buns in place of lettuce. They have complimentary peanuts when you first walk-in and also sell hotdogs and milkshakes which are pretty solid too. The food came out quickly and the service was great. The only drawback for me was the Cajun fries legit tasted like the regular unseasoned fries. There have been times when I have come to Five Guys and an employee cooking the fries has a heavy hand and over-seasons. In this case, it was the opposite, the fries were very under-seasoned. So I started the year off with...Five Guys? Yeah, not the healthiest option, but it's really close to my place and was craving a burger. Their burgers are pretty good and their "junior" cheeseburger title is a bit misleading as it's really a hefty size burger on its own. The regular cheeseburger is two patties and bigger. Also, they don't cheap out on the fries. You get your money's worth. Overall, not a bad place, but not the greatest burger place either. After eating turkey for the last few days, I was craving a burger, not any burger, a Five Guys cheese burger! I had to make a target run, so I thought I would stop in for a quick bite. Since it is right next to Target I left kind of disappointed, I have my fair share of 5 guys from coast to coast! This experience was lacking to say the least, service was slow, the fancy soda machine was pretty much out of everything. The ketchup dispenser had no ketchup. There were peanut shells all over the floor and a bunch of target shopping carts blocking the door. There were only two other people in the restaurant and a few door dash people, it was a 15 minute wait for our order. My burger bun was hard, but the burger was cooked perfect! The rudest staff I've ever encountered in a five guys. I definitely won't be back to this one and I'm not sure how far away the others are from me now. The woman at the register just stood there until I started ordering. You work in customer service the very least you can do is greet your customers who are the reason you have a job. At every five guys I've ever been to, in at least 3 different states, they call your order number when your food is ready and wait for you to confirm with either the number or the receipt. They literally just put my food on the counter and walked off. I walked up to see if it was my food and luckily it was. It would seem like since we are currently in a pandemic you would at least make sure people aren't walking up to grab orders to figure out if it's there's and just call out the number. Picked up some takeout here recently after shopping at Target. We actually ordered on their app while we were shopping. And the food was ready to pick up when we were finished. NO problems with service and they were covid safe. Very easy peasy. Rushed home and it was all still warm when we got there. We were able to very easily customize our order over the app. Like I asked for extra mushrooms and grilled onions and I felt like I got both. But the onions were more al dente than grilled. I got a regular hamburger, which is actually two hamburger patties. It was huge and filled with all the toppings I picked. My bf got a regular hamburger. They also have the little burgers if you're not that hungry and only need one patty. We also got a larger order of Cajun fries. I've been to Five Guys before the pandemic - and they usually fill up the bag with so much fries, like overtopping the cup it comes in. This time, there were still more fries than the container but not as much before. We've both never tired the Cajun fries. I expected a bit of kick and it did not disappoint.
