Parking was a breeze and although there is outdoor and indoor seating available, not a single soul was brave enough to withstand the sun's scorching rays! Terrible customer service, ordered online on the Wienerschnitzel website to pick up at this location, needed to cancel later (since it was scheduled later, I called over an hour before it was to be ready), and they repeatedly hung up on me for a half hour when I called five times. I ended up having to dispute the pending charge with my credit card company because the website and email offers no way to contact this location except the phone number ... which they just answer after 10-15 rings and hang up on you. If you take online orders and the only way a customer can communicate with you is by phone, make sure your phones work. And make sure someone answers them. It's called customer service. This location has terrible customer service and a filthy lobby, but using the drive thru has never given me any issues. I haven't had Wienerschnitzel in a few years and I was very happy to find out that the staple still has the same yummy taste. The chili cheese is not perfectly and equally distributed but that's sort of the appeal.. once you bite into one end, the chili cheese naturally distributes itself. I was too lazy to go to Costco what w/ the parking hassle and the crowd for just $1.50 doesn't seem worth it. The hot dog appears to be something I can easily put together at home, the fries have that body and texture like BK fries but it had no flavor to it (perhaps they forgot to season it?). The toy is a foam type of toy that broke in the car so I can't comment on the durability of the toys but over all my Daughter enjoyed her little meal. Service was quick and rather friendly. They do have a drive through which is a little more convenient. The hot dogs are pretty good. Sometimes I find that the two-for-one menu, has hotdogs or chili dogs which are not as tasty. The chili dogs make the bun hotdog comes on a little soggy. If you're looking for good nutrition, this would not be the place to go. Hotdogs and chili dogs are high in calories compared to other choices on a fast few menu in other places. But, if you're looking for a quick fix, something to take away the hunger, this would be the place to go. I gave this place three stars because of its location. The service is fair.
