Updated 1.27.26: Yet another awesome dinner dining in! House mom was craving pizza and salad so we drive the 35 minutes to our favorite Pizza Factory. Half way through it drive we called in part of our order. When we arrived, it wasn't very busy but the take-outs were steady the whole time we were there! Went up to the order counter to let them know we arrived for our 3 small pizzas and bread sticks and to additionally order drinks, a salad, and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. Pizza-wise we got: a sun-dried pesto garlic, a classic pepperoni, and a veggie no mushrooms. Our pizzas were oven hot and all delicious. Pizza sticks were great too and I really enjoyed my broccoli cheddar soup--it was really cheesy! The young ladies working tonight did a fabulous job and always do! We've never had a bad experience, making it a consistent favorite. read more

This was a sad experience... my husband ordered from our motel room and they told us it would be ready at 6! 45 min seemed alot for a 12"pizza, but we waited and then walked in 92' weather to the pizza factory! We showed up and my husband checked in and ordered a beer while we waited. They had a large table that finally got served, and a to go order of 20 or more pizzas got taken care of next! They were slowly knocking out other orders... but after being in the restaurant for an hour, and listening to the young people in the back laughing etc,my husband went up and asked about it... the young man seemingly in charge... told him 6 min! Well after 15 min and clearly seeing that our pizza wasn't even in the oven , my husband just said we needed to leave, and needed a refund and the youngish man very disrespecting just waved him off, as if to say no refund was coming our way! A local outside told us he was the owners son! Well that stinks for the owner! We wound up walking up A block or so to a very nice place called The Royale where we received a beautiful meal with absolutely fantastic service... so good came out of it! read more

The pizza is okay but the service was not so great I ordered two pizzas and a garlic bread and was given the garlic bread first with no Sauce so i asked if I could buy some since I didn't know It wouldn't come with any and they never give it to me and then my first pizza came out wrong with garlic powder and not cloves but whatever then I'm waiting for my second pizza and they tell me it's going to be right out after theirs first arrived as I can see the staff in the back laughing and talking it's been over 45-50 minutes so I order another garlic bread with extra garlic this time and a sauce because they forgot it last time and they forget again so then they bring out my pizza and say sorry a new girl burnt your first pizza that's why it took so long but they didn't tell me while I was waiting this whole time and we're just laughing and chatting in the back at this point I'd been here for well over an hour, just not a good experience overall but it's the only pizza in town so. read more

I don't think I've been so uncomfortable in an eating establishment in my life. At the time of my visit, there were plenty of employees. Two employees were assembling to-go pizza boxes and stacking them on the dirty floor that had a very visible line of traffic wear from the days patrons. Then as they were asked to attend to something else, they moved the multiple piles of boxes aside with their feet. They could have easily stacked these boxes on the surrounding booth/chairs they were using. The boxes are then moved to the back traffic walkway to the bathroom. Also stacked there on the floor instead of a small table or something! The bathroom was fairly clean at best. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looked like. I will try another diner in town before ever going back there again. Zero Stars!! read more

In town on a Sunday, most things were closed but luckily this pizza joint was open. As soon as you walk in you smell that classic, nostalgic pizza smell. I loved the décor, including some arcade games in the back. There were two nice young ladies who took our order and made our pizza. Reasonably priced and especially for how good this pizza was. Had the salad bar and it just hit the spot on this first warm day. Lovely staff and great pizza. Will for sure me back! read more

We have pizza factories in the town I'm from. Great pizza and friendly atmosphere. This place in St. Maries doesn't represent this franchise well. I couldn't believe how filthy this place is. From the floors to the windows to the sloped wobbly tables. Cigarette butts on the floor. And that's just the start, you don't have to look any further than the salad bar.....pure filth. You can't beat this pizza. We come here weekly and order pepperoni pizza, extra crispy crust, BBQ wings, ranch and sometimes a salad (not a lot of leafy green choices but we are there for pizza. The people that work here are very nice and work hard. read more

We just ordered their two topping two pizza special and it has been getting worse over the 3 years since we've been ordering it but today was the ultimate worst. One of the pizzas was just a sausage and pepperoni although it was loaded with pepperoni it had eight sausage on it. 8? Really!? The crush was extremely thin, and it smelled of chemical. Right now I'm just hoping I can throw this up. It has made me so sick. I really wish somebody would open up a new pizza place in this town they would make a killing! I don't believe I've ever eaten at any Pizza Factory and had a bad meal. St. Maries is no exception. Pizza comes out hot, fresh and well made. Love the fact that it's conveniently close to the Pines motel and nestled in among other businesses in this small downtown area. Inside offers 12 picnic styled tables which can seat six adults, though it would be pretty cozy. There are a few video games to keep kids busy while waiting and deplete a parents quarter supply. Flat screen TV can be seen by 2/3 of the tables which is great for sports fans wanting to eat while rooting on their teams. As of this moment, I see no food stains on the TV caused by fan annoyance to unhappy penalties called by the refs. Price seems about average to most any other pizza joint. read more

A friend of mine ordered pizza to go. She was told 30 minutes. When 30 minutes was up and had passed she called them and they told her another 10 minutes. When the young lady came to deliver the pizza she got onto my Friend and told her to not disrespect the young people that are working there. If you know my friend you would know she has no mean bone in her body. She lets people walk all over her. Lady was disrespectful and rude and embarrassed my friend in front of people which was uncalled for. I've never liked their pizza I don't understand why people keep ordering from them. The last time pizza was ordered by my husband and it had no pizza sauce on it at all. It was Bland really nasty. I know for a fact I will never order through them again and I hope my friend does the same. read more

Very good pizza, at a reasonable price. Possibly the only place to eat in St Maries that I would recommend eating at, and I am a pizza snob. This is the closest to NYC pizza that I have found anywhere in Idaho. Now if I could just find somewhere with really good Chinese food. read more

YUM! SITREP Interestingly enough, this is the only pizza joint in the town St. Maries, and luckily for us it practices good old school pizza tossing traditions. SETUP On the main drag of St. Maries, it is probably one of the only places in town that does NOT serve hamburgers - and that is a welcome relief. This is more old school Sicilian in style and that is my preference in any event. [I get sick of all these places that call themselves "Chicago-style" and/or "Deep Dish" and then end up being neither.] This is delicious thin-crust pizza, with all your traditional styles: Cheese, Pepperoni, Combo, and Veggies. I love it. WIFI And when I popped in here, there was a strong WiFi signal to be had. I honestly don't know if it was this places' wifi or the business next door, but you know what? If it works, it works. And if it works while I am having lunch, then all the more power that I can EAT and SURF at the same time. HOURS It is also one of the food establishments that stays open later than most. So if you are running around at 8pm, looking for dinner and Handi Corner, Bud's, Grub Box, etc., are all closed, you've lucked out if you come here. Your standard pizza place. Not bad but nothing special. Pizza Factory is a chain restaurant. It's also the only pizza you can get in the area... They have pizza, calzones, raviolis, salads and wings. They have beer and a soda machine. Their crust is okay, pretty seasoned. It's not thin crust which I liked. They have your standard toppings. I loved that they offered other sauces besides your typical marinara pizza sauce! They had garlic and oil, as well as parmesan ranch. I ordered a pizza with garlic & oil, jalapeños, bacon, pineapple and basil. I was hoping the basil would be fresh but it wasn't. Just small bits of basil seasoning. I couldn't taste it on the pizza. The service was alright. Food was good, but nothing special. I probably would come back next time i'm in or around St. Maries since options are limited to just a few restaurants. The Pizza factory does a great job. Standard fare, reasonably well done, nice people. HOWEVER, if you are from a state where marijuana is legal it's best to STAY OUT of St. Maries. Benewah cops are rabid and apparently broke. If you have Washington plates prepare to be pulled over and hassled. So sorry to say this, but it's true. Pizza Factory...I'll see again when the ridiculous laws change and I once again feel welcome in your community. read more

We're from out of town... I've had lots of pizza in my life... but their pesto garlic was the most amazeballs I've ever had. We also made a calzone with pineapple, seasoned beef, salami and jalapeños. Delicious. Definitely has a great crust and you can tell it's not just your typical fast food boxed pizza. This place has some amazingly delicious pizza and breadsticks. Their home made Ranch sauce really is as good as it gets. I don't usually eat sauces with my pizza but I'd heard great stuff about it so I gave it a whirl. The topping portions were average quantity and fresh. I really liked their pizza crust. It was crispy golden brown underneath and soft up top. We ordered the Big R pizza and cheesy garlic breadsticks to go and it was ready in under 20 min. Fed 4 people for under $30 and we had no problem using the Yelp $1 off coupon. Can't beat that!! read more

A solid hometown pizza option. Calzone was excellent, and HUGE! Fresh yeast dough had character. Daily lunch specials are written on a board by the counter. This is apparently a small chain of pizza restaurants but the teenage girl that took our order behind the counter didn't know that (it is described on the last trifold of menu), she just looked at me like I was from Mars when I asked about that. While travelling in Idaho the next day, I saw another Pizza Factory location in another small town. Old but clean building on the downtown main street, and picnic-table style facilities with loose bench seats is very casual, almost too casual. Seats & tables seem a bit low in height for adults. I eat here a lot, not exactly a traditional pizza but very good food! My wife likes the regular pepperoni, I prefer the "Big R" it's a special, fully loaded. It's a really good pizza. The bread sticks are very good, I like the cheesy bread sticks. The ranch they have is homemade and absolutely amazing!
