1st timer here while coming thru town, and one of the best pies I've had in a long time! Wife and I shared the Caesar Salad, cold & crisp, and put down a large pepperoni (crispy edges), w/extra sauce - and did it ever! If it's the same marinara, their pasta should be outstanding too. For me, a thin, chewy crust is key and Pizza Factory came through. Mostly a take-out store, we took it two doors down to 'Wallace Brewing,' which gladly allowed food brought in (they have a tasting room only). read more

Located in downtown Wallace, this is at the end of the strip. My family and I came here on a Thursday night. It wasn't too crowded for their being the Gyro festival. I do recommend placing an order ahead of time because it's only takeout for the moment and took about 30min. It looked like they were renovating the inside but there's a full bar which was cool. The guy was super friendly and it was just him working so he was hustling. My family and I did the garlic bread, which was okay. I did a medium sized pepperoni pizza which was good. My husband did a medium sized meat pizza which he said was okay. My stepdaughter got the spaghetti & meatballs which she said was goood. This place is amazing !!!! We ordered the All In and it was good. I'm paranoid with pizza places anywhere I go because ingredients are sometimes neglected and low quality. Can't say that about here and their pizzas are not saturated in grease or salty. Fresh veggies and good meat. Customer service here was awesome. The Staff was super kind and one of the guys made me an amazing strawberry infusion red bell drink. IT WAS GOOD. We were greeted by two young gentleman who were polite. However they didn't seem to have much training. The place had a sign welcoming to bring the whole family but when we walked inside there was no available seating at all. It was take out orders only. Then we take our pizzas home to eat and we open the pizza box and our pizza is not made correctly and the dough was still doughy and toppings were still raw. The employee that helped us was very kind and social. This is only a takeout place so you can't dine in. (eat thFor an appetizer, my family and i got garlic bread. I got some spaghetti with meatballs which was very delicious! My dad got a medium size pepperoni, ham, and olive pizza which he said wasn't great but it wasn't terrible. So it's not the most friendly staff. They made us wait a most 5 minutes to order even though there were only 3 other people in the place. You order at the counter and then take a seat and they will bring food to you. They have coke products and a salad bar. The salad bar is very basic (nothing fancy) but it's nice crisp, cold lettuce. The pizza wasn't too shabby. Lots of good meat and goey cheese. I personally love thin crust and this was regular crust but still good. I don't think you can chooses crust type. The only thing that makes me sour is the staff leaves a lot to be desired with their attention to customers. Some of it is just common courtesy. read more

I'm surprised this is rated so low! We happened upon this Pizza Factory after we stopped in to explore Historic Wallace. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We ordered the factory special pizza-I think it was called the "All in" (?). Ingredients were fresh, the combination of flavors worked quite nicely. The crust was not too thin and not too thick. The pizza its self was really good. It was very hot, the crust was crispy, and the cheesy melted very gooey. The ranch was in squirt bottle but it was very watered down. It took over 45 minutes to get it to the table which was hard with our little kids. They didn't give us a time estimate. You wait in line to pay and they bring it out. They charged us 35 cents per water cup! When the pizza came out we had no plates but she brought back some paper plates. The tv had infomercials playing but I was happy that it wasn't the news. When that got over a murder show came on so we asked to change it so the kids didn't have to see the blood while we ate. They changed it which was nice. The biggest reason for the rating was that the entire restaurant is filthy. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in months. The light switches on the wall were black from dirt. The tables weren't very clean. Food on the floor. Soda spilled all down the wall where you get drinks. They had a fish tank that was covered up, but was very dirty inside. The bathrooms didn't have soap. I waited back in line to let the staff know but they never replaced it when I went back in to wash up after dinner. The staff didn't seem to care at all. read more

The owner is very nice. I love the breadsticks. I get those all the time. There is a lot of bad reviews but if you have a problem with something he stands by his pizza. Wallace, Idaho. The land of ice and snow. We, the CleanMPG team, arrived here after 3 days of driving and no real meals aside from Subway and McDonald's. Ice had developed on the roads, so we decided to take a break for a hot meal. Pizza Factory was one of the few places that was open a few days before Thanksgiving. The restaurant was sparse, and the salad bar looked kind of sad. Justin, Wayne, and myself each ordered a pasta dish, then we grabbed a seat. I watched the staff make our food in the back, and while the sauce came out of a huge plastic jar, it wasn't that bad. I ordered the spaghetti with meat balls which was covered in mozzarella cheese. The sauce was tomato-y and very basic. Nothing spicy, nothing herby, just plain. I added about 1/2 a cup (no joke) of red pepper flakes to mine, and that turned it into something hot, spicy, and delicious. For something that came out of a jar and frozen meatballs, this wasn't bad. In fact, compared to all the junk we had been eating for several days, this was mighty awesome. The hours on the door state that they are open until 8pm. We walked in at 7:08pm, and were promptly told that they were only doing "to-go" orders at that time. A pizza takes 10 minutes to bake, which would have left over 40 minutes for us to eat. Seems reasonable in my mind. We were just passing through, so we didn't have anywhere to "go" to. It was a blessing in disguise, as it was about 85 degrees inside their store. We walked down the street and ate at The Smoke House, which was 10 times better! A few minutes after we sat down a table of 3 sat next to us. I was airing my disbelief of the lousy business practices of Pizza Factory when one of the people at the table next to us told us that they too had been turned away. They had even called in advance and told closing time was 8pm, and were not advised that after 7pm only "to go" orders would be honored. They turned down the business of 7 people that night, plus any chance that I will ever go back to such a poorly run business. read more

If you want pizza then you have to drive to Spokane. But then you are not in Wallace any more. The staff was few and slow but very friendly and happy to serve. Food takes awhile and the place is quirky. But still! Good pizza. We had a meat lovers and pepperoni. Both great. Salad bar was meh but cheap. They do have local beers from Wallace Brewing next door. This is the worst pizza I think I've ever had. The cheese is awful. IDK, but when you bite into a slice of pizza, the cheese behind where you bite should not come with it. The Pizza Factory seems like a cool place to stop by when passing through Wallace. When i went we got one of the mini pizzas. The pizza was as expected for $6, it was a very thick pizza and was very hot when they brought it out. The cheese seemed to slide right off when i pulled a piece apart. When you look in the back it seemed like not the cleanest place in town, the cook was wearing shorts and it seemed to instantly take away my appetite when seeing them.
