First time visiting, and we drove 40 minutes to get there. When we arrived, we discovered there was only one table available inside; all of the other seating was outdoors, which wasn't ideal on a 98-degree day. We ordered five pizza slices, a Caesar salad, and wings. The pizza slices were very dry, so I asked for extra sauce and was charged $2.50. Since the slices only needed to be reheated, they were served immediately. About 20 minutes later, the Caesar salad arrived in a to-go container with only one small dressing. Another 10 minutes passed before the wings were finally brought out, just as we were getting ready to leave. To make matters worse, my husband came back from the restroom and told an employee that the bathroom was a mess. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Between the limited indoor seating, dry pizza, slow and staggered food service, and unclean restroom, I would not recommend this location. Be very careful when ordering online!!! Their online system said they were open so we ordered. Waited patiently an additional 30 minutes past their ETA. When we called no one answered. Went to their location and they were closed for the day. This did not stop them from charging our card. When we called the next day they said we would see the credit in a few days. When we asked why they didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience, Rosa the "person in charge" said there was no reason to apologize because she said the money would be refunded in a few days. Tasty pizza. We like to try different pizzas. You would think that the basics are not changeable. I mean a tomato is a tomato. You can add spices and a different dough with cheeses but that's about it. This was very good and different from the rest of the pizzas we usually eat. I ordered a takeout order from pizza factory 20641 Van Buren blvd STE 104 riverside, Ca 92508 I waited 30 minutes watching other customers come in go. Eventually I asked where my food was and was told they "lost the order" and where gonna start it. We wanted to speak to the manager about the service but the manager was the one making the mistake. Her name is carol according to the receipt. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and I've worked at pizza restaurants I would of been fired over this and all they did was Laugh in the back in plane view with no orders being made. When the restaurant is this slow and I'm sat up front it just seems intentional. For $50 for 2 pizzas I expect more. Probably the last time I come and will be telling everyone I know. It sucks because this place is 5 min drive from my home. Just overall terrible restaurant and staff and management. Owner should be ashamed. This was also sent to corporate. I went back to try their baked spaghetti. It was actually really good. It's enough to feed me for the whole day and comes with garlic toast. The meat sauce has a nice flavor but the large blob of mozzarella baked on top puts it over the top. And at $8.99, I don't feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. I personally don't care for chicken wings but everyone I know that's had them say they are fantastic, and also not overpriced. She told me my order was ready to my surprise. I have over 30 years of customer service and let me tell you, this girl is top shelf. She told me about specials, she told me about an upcoming customer appreciation event and answered questions I had about the menu. That's total engagement! It does get busy sometimes so if you are the impatient type, plan ahead. That said these folks work hard and fast to get your order done as quickly as possible. This is some of the best pizza I've had in a long time! I asked and it's because the ingredients are fresh and they use 100% real mozzarella cheese, grated on site! You get what you pay for. The service is fantastic! The food is fresh and although not the very best pizza I have had it is a far cry better than any of the local pizza places. I love the freshness of the toppings and the fettuccine alfredo was rather tasty as are their boneless wings. The only thing we have had that was not worth ordering again was the meatball sub but, they do not make their own meatballs so there's that. I can't wait to try their antipasto salad. I wish this could be a review of the food vs the actual service. Today we ordered at 6:06pm our breadsticks and 1st pizza came out at about 6:20 at 6:40 I went to ask for our second pizza the server said it was coming out right now. At 7 my husband decided he was tired of waiting and our children had been done eating for over 10 minutes and wanted to go home. I went to tell the cashier he said oh it just came out and I told it had been to much a delay and I wanted a refund, he went to the back to tell manager carol who came out did something on the cash register didn't speak a word to me when the male cashier came back he told me I was only getting a $5 refund since without getting the deal that would have been the purchase price. I told him I didn't change my mind they forgo to make my second pizza till I brought it to their attention and that wasn't my fault that my refund should not reflect that. He agreed with me then went to tell the manager Carol again and she then proceeded to talk about me in Spanish! I speak Spanish and understood everything she said I told both of them I speak Spanish and that if she had something to tell me she could communicate directly with me. She ignored me again and refunded the two pizzas only not my entire check for the inconvenience when I questioned the amount of the refund she had a horrible attitude and said we got our drinks plus an order of breadsticks. I told her before I left I reminded her that this was not me changing my mind this was an error on there part.
