There's just much more variety than other meal prep services and the meals don't get as boring and repetitive. My impression was that several of the plates felt quite light and looked to have suspiciously tiny portions of protein. You can tell by eyeballing that the provided macros are... optimistic. I definitely don't trust the labels, as there's simply no way there's 25g of protein in like an oz of diced chicken.
