My visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings started off poorly when we walked in a little after noon yesterday and noticed a strange, unpleasant smell, honestly we should've left right there and then. The server was friendly. Our issues started with all of our drinks arriving with black and pink particles inside, and even after replacements were brought out, several drinks still had debris and the water and starry drinks tasted like sink water. The food came out warm and was not bad, but not Buffalo Wild Wings norm taste, it was a little off. It was hard to enjoy anything after dealing with the ongoing drink issues. Between the bad smell of the restaurant and the contaminated drinks, the experience completely ruined our meal. Server apologized but after all the hassle with our drinks and some of us ended up not drinking anything, she did not offer any refunds on the drinks and still charged us full prices on our meals. Stay away from this location. Thankfully we are not from the area, so we will never return here again. read more

However, it's not a great place to eat. Very overpriced (6 wings and a side salad was $33) and the wings took over 45 min to come out. When they did they were way overcooked - dry and almost broke a tooth on hard chunks in the sauce. The side salad was lettuce with a bit of cheese and a few half tomato slices - miserable salad for the price. Guessing they are about 40% higher than everyone else but only a sub par product. Taste: Though this restaurant is conveniently located next to Tyler mall, unfortunately, the Nashville Hot bone-in wings were kind of dry and needed more flavor. The boneless dry rub tasted ok (with the 10 piece, you can pick 2 flavors). Crispy but a bit dry as well. I do want to come back though and give the food another try (maybe other flavors taste better). This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. The service at this Buffalo Wild Wings was completely unacceptable. Our server was not only inattentive but also openly rude and dismissive. It felt like we were bothering them just by being there. We waited far too long for everything--drinks, basic service, and any kind of check-in--and when we did get attention, the attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant. There was zero effort to provide even decent customer service. I understand restaurants can get busy, but being busy does not excuse poor behavior or disrespect toward customers. This experience completely ruined what should have been a simple night out with my husband. Especially because this location was not busy AT ALL ! The food was good. What is to be expected at this location. No complaints there. The service is horrible. I sat at in the bar area and a different server took my order and drink. Everything was fine there. My issue was that I didn't get a refill of my drink. Gaby, who I believe was the server for the bar area asked me two time if I wanted a refill and she never brought it out. I had to request a refill from another server, who did help me out, even if I was not assigned to her area. Not sure if a Gaby was not have a good day, but only having once drink for my entire stay was horrible. I only got the drink when the other server brought it to me with my check. No big deal. We got seated, and our waitress, Gaby, was nice and friendly. We ordered the Pick 6 meal for 2 for 24.99. I wanted a Dr. Pepper and my dad wanted a Root Beer, they were out of both. I ordered tots for my side, my dad ordered wedges , they were out of wedges too, so he had to switch to fries. I genuinely don't understand how a franchise runs out of basic soda syrups and frozen wedges, especially when the place was dead with maybe six other customers. The restrooms were dirty, and the dining area wasn't any better. When we arrived, at least five tables were covered in old food and drinks, and they were still untouched by the time we left. The food was decent, but half the fries were hard. The tots were at least hot. The seats and booths were torn up. Just a horrible, poorly managed BWW all around. The only saving grace was Gaby. Very disappointing experience at the Riverside Buffalo Wild Wings. My party of three arrived around 4:30 PM and didn't leave until about 7:00 PM, and the majority of that time was spent waiting. Unfortunately, this hasn't been a one-time issue. Over the past three months, I've had similar visits here with long waits and food coming out cold. The food itself was just okay, but the overall experience was frustrating. There were multiple tables around us with food and dirty dishes sitting out for long periods, making it feel like the dining area wasn't being monitored at all. Our server, Jennifer, was not very attentive. During the two hours we were seated, we only saw her a couple of times. I understand restaurants get busy, but the lobby was empty, yet we were still waiting a long time for refills and even our check. We dined in and I would not recommend this location. It's unfortunate because this is the only Buffalo Wild Wings in Riverside, but at this point I'd rather drive 30 minutes to another location. The host greets us walks us to a section where we waited about 10-15 minutes and still hadn't been greeted but had been passed by 3 different team members multiple times but still not one person had greeted us for our drinks or anything. I decided to leave. As a server myself i understand we get busy but there is no excuse to leave a table unattended for that long especially in a completely dead restaurant. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, that's not an option--so 1 star will have to do, though even that feels generous. After finally being seated, we waited another 20 minutes before the host (who was at least friendly) asked for our drink order. She brought out soda that tasted like flat sugar water. When I asked for a replacement, she admitted there was "nothing she could do" and suggested lemonade instead. That "lemonade" was basically lime water as that too was flat. We placed our order, then waited another 25 minutes. Still, no food. Still, an empty restaurant. At that point, we gave up and went next door to Silverlake Ramen. I've been in the food & beverage industry for 20+ years and it sucks to have to give anyone a 1 star. This place needs new management. We walked in asking if there was a long wait for food: The hostess assured us there wasn't as the place wasn't busy. It took me almost 20 minutes to get a beer. I appreciate that the bartender didn't pour the drinks until the server walked to the server well but from my perspective if servers don't see drinks in the well, they are hesitant to walk over to see whose drink it is. The server (after about 20 minutes) walked over and stared at tickets on the counter and only THEN did the bartender pour my beer which I clearly wasn't able to enjoy because we had to leave. Mind you I was upfront with our time frame issue in the beginning and was assured we had time. False. Not only did we have 3 different servers touch our table in such a short time (take our order, get us a new kids lemonade since the syrup was gone in the first and we got water, then the server comes to take our order when it was taken, she goes to change our order to to-go and THEN proceeds to search for my beer. If there was better management ticket times wouldn't suck (in the kitchen and bar) and i am sure communication would be better across the board. I still (hesitantly) tipped the norm. My wife and I got here at around 4:40 and, although the dining room was practically empty besides the bar (there was only a UFC fight going on), we had a 30 min wait till we got sat. Multiple groups of people left in the time we waited due to the increase in wait times. Finally got sat and waited another 15 min to get a waitress to take our order. Waited another 15-20 min to get our food and they made a mistake and had to wait again! Eventually our side got to our table after we were done with our meal. The flavor options are good on the food but unfortunately my 10 piece wings were cold. I wish the service was better because the food is good but overall the wait times take forever. Ended up leaving the restaurant at around 06:30. About 2 hours and lot of time was spent waiting. Also $22 for a 10 piece bone in wing is really crazy expensive read more
