Fun spot right downtown that our friend we were staying with recommended we stop into if we were in the mood for pizza. Her recommendation did not disappoint! We were seated quickly, and the staff were very friendly. They took our drink order to get started, and offered a nice selection of beer. We started with an order of fried ravioli, which were tasty and cooked perfectly, sometimes they have a scolding hot center like a hot pocket, but not at Pizza Bros....for pizza we definitely struggled to narrow it down, they have a lot of great options. In the end we went with a Sweet Baby Austin, which is basically a bbq chicken pizza. The pizza didn't take too long to come out, which was surprising, it was pretty much prime dinner time on a Saturday evening, but we were hungry and happy to eat. The pizza was great, crust cooked perfectly. Everything was great and we definitely enjoyed our visit. We also enjoyed the fun decor. A PIZZA MY HEART DROPPED AT PIZZA BROS | slow food/service but tasty. We ordered pretty quickly but the food took FOREVER. We waited for our food outside on the dog friendly patio. We got our fried ravioli first, and we gobbled that up while we waited for our salad and pizza. Unfortunately, the salad took another 20 minutes, which I'm still unsure whether that was due to forgetfulness or maybe they were baking the croutons... even so, it seemed a bit unacceptable to take 20 minutes to bring out a salad. The pizza slices took another 10 minutes after that. We saw a couple at the table near us get their pizza slices quite a bit before us even though we arrived and ordered first so that was a bit upsetting. Overall, food was solid - from the pizza slices to the fried ravioli, I couldn't be mad for too long about it, especially since the server ended up being super apologetic and brought us an additional specialty slice of the day on the house for the long wait. read more

The place exceeded my expectations. I was greeted by a high brick-ceilinged space, with a young hip vibe but surprisingly efficient service. Besides the obvious pizza, the menu included salads, and mine, despite the blurry pic, delivered excellent variety and a delicious cool ranch dressing. Their style of pizza included a very thin and floppy crust with a delicious cornmeal dusting, light sauce, and a sharp cheese mix. Veggie topping options were plenty, and my mushrooms and chili peppers worked out well. There was a long drink list. $5 for a big ol slice and a pint?! Yes please! For just $1 extra I upgraded to the specialty slice of the day (roasted red peppers, large chucks of sausage, feta cheese) and it was delicious! The Greek salad was very good as well. In total we had 3 slices, 3 pints, a margarita, Greek salad and the bill was only $33! So check it out, I visited this particular Pizza Bro's location twice now. Both times I visited my friends in Chattanooga I went out of my way to eat at this particular location. I had to write a review for this place after visiting my favorite pizza place back in California. Might go to place at home and this particular restaurant, you could swap the pizzas out and give it to a regular and the regulars wouldn't know the difference. I talk about it more in the review below. Oh and by the way, there are two different locations here in Chattanooga, one on each side of the river! When it comes to pizza I like a New York style pizza not a Chicago style pizza. Not much flop! The crust is really good but I wish the undercarriage had a little more crunch. However, with that being said I ate the entire piece of pizza including the crust, it's that good. The sauce is great, I don't know what it is but the sauce is just awesome and what's funny is that I live in California and my go to pizza place is Pizza Pete's. I Wrote a review for them that is almost verbatim to the review. The pizza is literally the same, it's crazy! Anyway, I talked to both owners and neither one of them has ever heard of the other, they both have a great sauce and a similar crust style! The cheese is good, between the cheese and the pepperoni there's grease. I don't know what it is but I like it. However, I can not lie, just like back home I have found myself using a napkin and dabbing up some of the grease but still, I like it. The overall taste of this pizza is my favorite, would I buy it again, absolutely yes, I absolutely will be back! For the record, if the crust had a little bit more crunch to it and maybe if there was a little less grease I would of scored this place as an 8.2 on the ONE BITE APP!! I've passed by the original Pizza Bros. on Cherokee but when they opened on Broad Street we finally gave them a try. Phenomenal pizza and wings are equally as delicious. The Yeti pizza is amazing but I'm a sucker for the New Yorker. Tip - order the wings dry with a bunch of the sauces on the side so you can try them all. Meatball app was also mediocre, kind of tough, not made fresh daily I'm sure although the sauce was good. The pizza was decent - not amazing, not terrible. Not tons of flavor, thin crust and easy to eat. The credit card machine was down and we had to wait quite a while til we could leave. Felt bad for the waitress, she was very nice. Friendly, attentive servers and great pizza! We were there for lunch and had the BBQ Chicken Pizza for $20. It is not traditional but we loved it. It was covered with bacon crumbles and thick delicious pieces of chicken... a wonderful thin, crispy crust too! It's in a trendy part of town... About thirty minutes go by and NOTHING. Finally our server came back and said they were about to make our pizza. WTF? We told her to cancel and we walked out. As we were getting up. Super excited to have another pizza by the slice option in a convenient location. Tried it for the first time yesterday. Pizza was fine, not many options readily available but with kids, they covered the basic cheese and pepperoni. Though it was really easy to get in and out with a couple of quick slices (no drinks as they were out cups and don't sell bottled water, etc.) we probably won't be back until CDC guidance on masks changes again.
