Calling all Chattanoogans, you must come here! The service, atmosphere, and my oh my the pizza are reasons to come here. First, the service. After a short 20 minute wait, we were sat kindly by a woman who continued to be attentive, kind, and helpful throughout the night. Her great service added to the overall awesome-ness of the dinner. Second, the atmosphere. The casual dress, smooth jazz music, blue neon lights under the bar, and the overall buzz of conversation added to the bopping atmosphere. It is one of the reasons why this dinner was so great--everyone seemed excited and ready to be in this trending place. Third, the food (my favorite part). First, my friend and I split the air filled bread bites. They came with a Mariana sauce and a garlic butter sauce in a cool cone like contraption. All I can say is WOW! They were truly so tasty, and a necessity if you come here. Second, we split the BBQ pizza with bacon and jalapeños. The bottom of the pizza was oh so crispy, and the pizza perfectly greasy. This is a new place on the Northshore (next to Sluggo's). It has a nice laid back vibe. We got the garlic cheese bread for an appetizer and it was really tasty. The marinara was great and complimented the bread very well. My hubby and I each got 2 slices. (You can order by the slice or pie) For the slices they pre-make the pizzas and put the slices in a warming device. They were out of the pepperoni so they made that fresh. Both were really good but it was obvious that the pepperoni had just been made. Both slices flavor was good but the other slice was the special of the day and there was definitely a difference in freshness. We really did like the flavor of everything. But besides the lack of freshness of the slice the other reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I didn't like the chairs. These types of chairs seem to be a trend in some restaurants, but they are not made for anyone with any kind of back side (which I have). So I I wasn't comfortable sitting there for an entire meal. read more

We did take-out and we all agreed we would definitely eat here again. Proximity to our rental was part of the reason we decided to get pizza but we would 100% drive over for it next time we are in town. The price point for the amount of pizza is perfect. They were out of chicken for the pesto pizza but called to see what I wanted to substitute. I paid online when I ordered and then when my son went to get it he asked for a little ranch dressing and they were $.50 each which was only annoying because he had to go scrounge for quarters in the car. After a delayed pizza and having to sub ingredients that were out, how hard would it have been to just give the guy a ranch? :) ... not obligatory but it would have been a nice touch. Pizza Bros is a favorite in our house. Small establishment- we've only ever done take out. I believe they serve beer and wine, no liquor. Pizza is always spot on with creative flavors. I'm gluten free and wish their GF pizza was a little bigger, but they can turn just about any of the 'regular' pizzas GF. Crust is super crunchy- makes up for not getting a gooey chewy crust anymore. The only thing we've ever been disappointed with is customer service, sometimes the staff can seem a bit rude and the pizzas often take longer than they say, especially on weekends. However, they are typically slammed and I'm just picking up some pies. Just be prepared to wait a little after your pick up time. They still deserve the 5-stars! read more

Visited early afternoon on a Sunday. We seated ourselves and there were plenty of open tables. Our server was pleasant and efficient. She explained the beer specials and answered any questions we had. We ordered a custom pizza half pepperoni and mushroom and half cheese. The pizza took about 20 minutes +/- to arrive. It was thin, NYC style, and crispy so it didn't droop when you picked it up. The ingredients were fresh and the sauce was delicious. The crust was crispy and chewy. It was a great pizza and definitely top tier for the area or really anywhere. There were a few TVs one had Cartoon Network, one sports, and one looked like it was streaming some program. The music through the place was like jazz or something. Interesting ambiance approach. Parking was plentiful behind the place. Great pizza and service. We'll definitely be back! read more

First time I've tried this little pizza place. I was very surprised. The pizza is excellent. We ordered the build your own ingredients pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, onions,olives, bacon and cheese. The crust is ultra thin and crisp... perfect! They are not stingy with their ingredients either. The staff were very friendly and helpful... our server checked on us frequently during our meal. I brought a few pieces home and it was still wonderful the next day. I recommend giving this small restaurant your business. read more

When the pandemic lockdown first started, my wife and I concluded that we wanted to increase our takeout purchases to support local restaurants we wanted to stick around. We had not yet tried pizza bro's but both love pizza and it's close to our house so we wanted to lend our support! We gave them a try. Having now eaten there 4 times, I'll share my thoughts: The pizza is excellent. I love NY style and they really nail it. No complaints about the food in any regard. So why 3 stars you ask? The service. And you may be wondering how someone messes up takeout service, so let me explain. 2 out of the 4 times we have gotten curbside pickup, we have arrived and waited an excessive amount of time before being brought our food. The first time we arrived 20 mins after ordering per the suggested time from the restaurant. After waiting 15 mins at the curb, a waitress came to our window and asked if we were waiting for a pizza. Yes.... she went inside and brought it out saying they didn't know they had an online order, the kitchen didn't tell them. Okay mistakes happen. This most recent occurrence, we arrived 25 mins after ordering, per their instruction, called to say we were there. "We'll bring it out when it's ready" Waited another 20 minutes before someone brought our food out. I asked if they'd forgotten about us and was told that "the person you spoke to on the phone didn't tell me that you were outside". So our pizza was not hot. Thin pizza styles dont retain heat well, so getting it out to the eater quickly is paramount. TLDR: We have tried hard to love Pizza Bros, and while the pizza has been great, the service has been woefully lacking. Improve it and we'll be customers for life. Until then, farewell read more

Finally! Good pizza in the south!! My boyfriend and I stopped here after a long day of Chattanoogan fun and some drinking. It was late, about 30 minutes before they closed, so I called the order in beforehand to grab it to go. The lady on the phone was very pleasant. I asked if it was alright that we were calling an order in so late. I also made sure to tell her that we wouldn't be there for 20 minutes or so to pick it up. She assured me that it was fine and I placed my order. A brisk walk to our car and a bit of speeding later, we made it to the pizzeria and grabbed our midnight snack. We went with a large pizza with mushroom, pepperoni, and jalapenos. Usually, trying a new pizza I go with cheese so I can try the fundamentals, but, being from out of town, I made an exception. We got back on the road and begin our long journey back home to AL all the while gorging ourselves on the best pizza I have had in months...almost a year. To put it in perspective, I am from NY. You may call me a pizza snob and I would not deny this accusation. Since being in the south, I have been on a tireless hunt for satisfying pizza, but to no luck. After some prior research and finding this was the only pizzeria open until midnight, Pizza Bros. was an obvious must try. We were not disappointed. The pizza was everything I have been looking for. The crust had a perfect chew, the sauce a hint of sweetness, and the cheese and toppings wrapped it all into one of the most enjoyable meals I have had in a long time. It was NY style: thin, chewy crust. It all had amazing flavor and I am sad it is a 2 hour drive away. I would easily come here on a weekly basis. If you are looking for some good, NY style pizza with pleasant service, this is your place to go. Went to Pizza Bros after work tonight for dinner. I decided on a Bros brew and the haulin' balls meatball sub. It was a complete home run the sandwich was amazing matched only by the friendliness of the staff. One bite of that sub while looking at their smiling faces took me back to a simpler time. A time before that witch of an ex wife of mine. A time where I still had hair, feelings and a sufficiently padded bank account. The marinara tasted like freedom like real care had gone into it unlike the complete lack of caring my ex wife had for my clothes as she burnt them on the front lawn. Speaking of burnt, nothing burnt at Pizza Bros the bun was toasted to perfection. A perfect sandwich in an imperfect world. So I usually don't complain, but I feel like I should here because my experience really bothered me. I came in for a couple of slices to go before I go to work. I went to the hostess stand, ordered two slices to go, and then she boxed two pepperoni slices from the glass case and the pizza looked gross but I figured she was going to have it reheated like most pizza joints do, and in fact she did not. I asked if she was going to heat it and she said it's fresh and that they're pizzas are usually in there for an hour tops. It looked like it had been in there for hours. So I asked her if I sat at the bar could I get fresh slices there? And she said yes. So I sat at the bar ordered two slices and then the bartender yells to the hostess to bring two slices and the hostess yells "if it's her she wants fresh slices." The bartender seemed agitated by this which I don't really know why. Then when the slices arrived, another bartender placed them in front of me and said "there you go nice and hot for you just like you wanted." Which I thought was passive aggressive and made me feel like all the staff was talking behind my back about it. The slices were good but I was so insulted I wanted to leave and never come back. I lived in New York where you can get a dollar slice and even they heat it up for you before giving it to you. I don't understand why it's so hard to get a slice or two, put in an oven and served hot. It takes two minutes to reheat a slice and shouldn't be that hard. I usually always order a whole pizza through door dash from you guys and I've never been disappointed, but I was with the service yesterday. I'll continue to order through door dash but never again am I going to order inside. I will just go to goodfellas where they reheat their slices. read more

After hearing my friends rave about this place, I finally checked it out myself a month or so ago. Their menu has plenty of options for all pizza tastes and preferences, and you can start with a salad, wings, meatballs, or garlic bread. I did a "build your own" with bacon and pineapple (yes, I love pineapple on pizza). Crust wasn't too thin or too thick, and cooked to my liking. If I had one complaint (though I'd hardly call it a complaint, more of a piece of feedback), I wish they had a smaller size option, other than by the slice and enormous. I will admit I forgot to ask how big their pies are before I ordered, so I ended up with a giant pizza that I ate for three days after. I'm much more inclined to order a 10- or 12-inch pie. I always think "we should get a photo for Yelp" and then we can't because we ate all the pizza by the time we remember to do so. Everything is delicious - from the home-made dough, to the from scratch sauce (I am typically NOT a huge sauce fan but I would lick this right off the street if it happened to spill in any quantity) and all of their apps. Did you know fried ravioli is a thing?! Holy. Well, at Pizza Bros it is, and you need it in your life. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a channel on the TV for literally just animals/pets doing cute stuff. That's the whole concept. It's perfect for being hungover or just not wanting to talk to anyone. ALSO - $5 slice and pint combo?? Their house brew is crisp, clean, cold, and made of beer. What's not to love? If you haven't been here, please try it out. Unless you: 1. Have a snobby, stupid attitude about service when the waitstaff doesn't immediately hold your hand and escort you to opera seats -OR- 2. If you are looking for tasty quality toppings on an amazing crust... GO!!! We sat at the bar which faces the window so you get to gaze at the people passing and chat it up with the super friendly staff. Marissa was our bartender/server and she was adorable, informative & super nice. The bar has a red under glow and a couple TVs to watch if you are bored. Decent draft beer selection, lots of bottled and can craft beers to chose from too. We order a 1/2 New Yorker & 1/2 Sweet Baby Austin. I started with the sweet baby Austin which is a bbq chicken pizza and it stole my tastebuds away because my first few bites of New Yorker after ooohing and awing over the bbq pizza were a bit disappointing but as my mouth started to forget the sweet and spicy pizza and adjust to the meat heavy New Yorker I quit arguing with my husband out it and decided it was quite good for a more traditional option. Restaurants are always struggling to identify and relate with their customers, and often they fall short. But Pizza Bros is the Cheers of hole in the wall dining. The owner and his energetic staff bring an energy and vigor that's analagous to a young creative avant-garde that is sweeping through Chattanooga. It's only fitting that, on some evenings, you'll find young metal heads and punk bands playing late night gigs just behind shop downstairs. The food mimics the staff. Flavorful, interesting, and full of love. It's hard to find food at any brand, large or small, that holds a personal connection. The hoagie is complex. A large selection of sauces, toppings and meat choices, you'll never go wrong because the preparation is the key to any good meal. Beer selection is ample, with more than enough local brews to brag about to your friends out of town. After my third visit to Pizza Bros, in which only two resulted in eating; the second visit showed a sign that read "Sorry, we ran out of food". A humble brag for "We're so busy because our food is too good", my lasting opinion is that this will be the first, and last restaurant, I visit everytime I visit town. And you should too. read more

A good new pizza option in Chattanooga! Good flavors and a nice crust. One size (16") pizza is easily sharable for two with an appetizer. Pretty good beer selection with local brews on tap and a plethora of bottle/can options. Need to improve the ventilation a bit. It was a bit smoky/stuffy from the kitchen. Also need to better manage the wait lines for busier nights by taking names; "first come, first serve" makes things a bit chaotic/unclear, especially when there's also a line for pizza to-go. Pizza priority was also a bit slow, as there were a lot more to-go orders heading out the door than pizzas being delivered to tables. My new favorite pizza place in Chattanooga. Their crust has just the right amount of cornmeal grit to it, their cheese is perfect and they know the right ratio of toppings to put on any pizza. They've got a great bar to belly up at and enjoy a beer and a slice, and the service is usually fast and always friendly. I've noticed they can get really busy in the evenings, but it's easy to get an order to go, if necessary. They deliver to Heaven & Ale down the road, too! read more
