Atmosphere: 7/10 - Whoever was on the aux deserves a raise. There was pizza themed artwork on the walls. Service: 8/10 - Good. Fast. Regular check-ins and refills. We Just moved here from Houston, Texas, where there are literally over 300 pizza places and Pizza Bros. would rival the top there. My guy is a pizza connisuer and so I got him a gift card here for his birthday. We tried titos prophecy, and he was fanning himself while exclaiming how good it was ( it is spicy) . I got the cheesium and added italian sausage- absolutely delicious. We are already planning our next visit. The service was friendly, efficient and kind. They do a great job. Our visit was yesterday, midday, 7/14, but we did not get our servers names. We are excited because this place is only a few blocks from our home. We will be becoming regulars here, we both decided. I called and ordered to go. I walked in to pick it up and there was a small dining room, and the kitchen was very busy. There were several people standing by the door waiting for their pizza. Pizza Bros. on Cherokee Boulevard has great pizza, old-school buffalo wings, good service, and a comfortable atmosphere. This simple and unassuming pizza parlor is consistently good. My wife and I are slowly becoming regulars, and our go-to supper is The New Yorker, a 16-inch, thin-crust pizza with classic ingredients: tomato Sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, parmesan, and oregano, and a side of 10-count buffalo wings. Making good wings is, in this humble correspondent's opinion, a dying art, one that is not lost at this NorthShore joint. Sometimes, we split a house salad, if we are pretending to need ruffage. The staff is busy, but attentive. They always check on you throughout the meal. The front of the house is covered up with Uber Eats and DoorDash jockeys waiting patiently for their deliveries. The bar is loaded with senior regulars, and the tables are filled with a combination of families, college kids, and Generation Xers like yours truly. The beer selection is rather good, and the music is old-school, as well, without making you need a bullhorn to talk across the table. I hate giving them one star, but really. There was not one good thing about our experience here. We ordered a large (their only size) custom pizza with red sauce and chicken, and some doughy things. It was delivered through Grubhub. I'm pretty sure we were overcharged. I stupidly included a tip when one wasn't earned. The pizza came to ~ 18, the dough balls were 3.75, plus tax, tip and service fee. What I'd really like to know is -- how do we come to a total of 35.47? It would be nice to figure it out, but no receipt was provided, and no history was provided on my Grubhub profile to ascertain the pricing. There was just a charge of $35.47 on my account. The worst part is this was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my entire life, same for the family. Those doughy things were so flavorless they weren't even worth eating. The extraordinary amount of calories they consisted of made them garbage-destined. Same for the pizza. To top it all off, we got food that arrived ice cold. This place was recommended by a friend, I asked my friend, "What is the best pizza place in Chattanooga?," my friend responded with Pizza Bros and Community Pie. I was closer to Pizza Bros so that is the place I chose. I was pleasantly surprised to arrive upon this cute little place. There were only a handful of tables and about 10-15 seats at the bar. They have daily specials of a slice and a pint for $5, if I lived here I would definitely take advantage of that as the pizza is delicious. They also have other specials (I posted a pic of that). They have a large variety of draft and canned beers. I ordered the New Yorker pizza, that comes with pepperoni and sausage and it was delicious! It was thin, foldable slices and the flavor was fabulous. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good pizza. The staff was very friendly too. The location is conveniently located on the Northcote area of downtown. It has adequate parking in the back, which is a huge plus! The inside is pretty small with bar seating and probably fewer than ten tables. When we arrived we beat the Sunday lunch crowd and quickly got seated and ordered. We had a lot of questions and she was right on top of it. So far, we're happy. This is true NY style pizza. The sauce was perfectly sweet, the crust was thin, foldy and perfectly cooked, and the pepperoni was tasty. We had some insane pizza with Alfredo sauce, 300 cheeses, and drizzled with garlic oil. That didn't make it long. It was so good. The chicken wings. We had an order plain and one Buffalo. The wings had a great flavor on their own. The Buffalo was awesome. Not sure what's in that sauce, but I'm guessing crack. They were amazing. Our drinks were never empty. When we were close to the bottom of the glass, another water, tea, or soda was placed when she was walking by. I told my wife I'd make the drive to this place for the pizza. She agreed. I've been meaning to try this new pizza joint for a while. It definitely didn't disappoint! The restaurant wasn't busy at all and we had to pick our own seating. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and asked us if we need anything or had any questions regarding the pizza on the menu. We can decide which one to get so we ended up getting one pizza with two toppings. They had a two dollar beer special that day with your pizza. Eaten there a few times now, every time something has gone wrong, this last time it took over an hour and a half for me and my son to get a pizza. I don't know what they are doing at this place but they cannot seem to do much without messing something up. They make such an outstanding pie that they'll soon have to move!! So I waited a bit before I dropped back in, and was disappointed today when again there are no gluten-free options other than salad available. The reason is "it's too expensive" and they don't think there's a demand for it. This is VERY disappointing, especially since those of us that have to eat GF already know there's an up charge for it. We must of caught them on a bad day! My husband had to ask for another water, since there was something very large floating in the first water that they brought. Ice machine was broken, most of our drinks were tepid cool. We ordered a simple cheese pizza and pasta. The appetizers ( shareable) brought out, soon the over cooked cheese pizza, then we kept waiting for the pasta to be brought out. All of my family finished eating and still waiting on pasta. The manager was soon brought to this attention that some part of our meal did not come to the table. Calling all Chattanoogans, you must come here! The service, atmosphere, and my oh my the pizza are reasons to come here. First, the service. After a short 20 minute wait, we were sat kindly by a woman who continued to be attentive, kind, and helpful throughout the night. Her great service added to the overall awesome-ness of the dinner. Second, the atmosphere. The casual dress, smooth jazz music, blue neon lights under the bar, and the overall buzz of conversation added to the bopping atmosphere. First, my friend and I split the air filled bread bites. They came with a Mariana sauce and a garlic butter sauce in a cool cone like contraption. All I can say is WOW!
