Being from Chicago, we have high standards when it comes to pizza. Hands down, this is the best pie in Colorado. This little spot in Keystone absolutely nails it. Yes! This! Stop here and grab a menu to take to your condo. You have to call in your order and go fetch it- they don't deliver. Wings are perfect- a little tasty spice to them, crisp and hot. We were recommended this spot by hotel staff. I had a craving for pizza - which I almost never eat pizza so hubby was excited. It's kind of hidden and located right across from "The Goat." Which is also cools because you can order the pizza for take out and then eat it at the goat, as long as you order drinks! Winning! Anyway, we ordered a couple of different pizzas and all I can remember was the sausage one - it was GOOD! I am not a pizza person but for me to like it this much was pretty shocking! Ordered a regular cheese and sausage and it was good but we didn't think it was as good as the other reviews for their pizza. Maybe next time we should venture out and order one of their specialty pizzas? Pizza was delivered in about 1 hour and arrived fresh. Cost was about right and delivery was free so that was good. meh. This super expensive pizza [$45 for two pizzas] place needs to get it's shiz together. First off, the crust [which is allegedly brick oven] lacked flavor. It was "cardboard-like" -- not NY style AT ALL. The pizza, which was delivered, came at room temperature. I could chalk that up to the cold cold weather, but... I can't attribute the runny pizza to the outside temperature. When someone orders ricotta on a pizza, it's the pizza shop's responsibility to make sure it's not overly runny. But, it is a resort town. I don't expect the very best. So, I'll give it three stars - afterall, it will satisfy your hunger after 6 hours on the slopes. read more

Couldn't believe how rude the employee was on the phone. Everything had a condescending tone from the questions I had about the menu to the "what's up" instead of "hello". I've NEVER had someone speak to me that way in person, LET ALONE on the phone LET ALONE a dang pizza place. I heard this was the better of the pizza options in town so I went to give it a try and literally couldn't get through a single sentence with the guy without being talked down too. The last straw was when I asked what his favorite specialty pizza was (hopefully to get some sort of direction) and he responded with "dude why didn't you just look at our menu online bro. That's the first thing you do"! I immediately hung up and called Pizza On The Run and had a MUCH better customer experience.....Be looking for that review in about an hour after this.... The kicker is he wouldn't even give me his name when I asked! If you like being talked down to like a child by some guy who sounds like a bad Bill and Ted movie impression, this is your place. Overpriced and sauce-less! We paid $65 for 3 pizzas. All of them had very few toppings, way too much cheese, and almost no sauce in every bite. The crust was the only good part. You know the happy feeling you get from eating pizza, well you won't get it from eating this pizza. read more

We recently discovered Pizza 101, which delivers all year long for no charge. I haven't even seen a menu but upon calling the restaurant place a pizza order to my specification. The large pepperoni and mushroom arrived hot and excellent tasting in about 45 minutes. We also ordered a side of buffalo wings that were nicely spicey. I think I like the pizza here most of all I've tried in Keystone. You can't beat having a great pizza delivered to your doorstep in a snowstorm. read more

I had done some research on places to eat in the area before our trip and Pizza 101 was one of the spots to check out- so thanks for the tip fellow yelpers! The shop is small so it is best for carry out or you can order the pizza and take it next door to the Goat. They also have delivery. I would give them 3.5 stars. The staff is friendly and helpful, prices are decent but the pizza was a bit greasy for my taste. The flavor was good but I prefer a crispier crust and less grease. The wings were really good though. They were breaded and delicious! Our group ordered the sweet heat pizza and the godzilla. Again, had good flavor and the meats were fresh but when you picked the slice up it was soggy. The location is perfect, right next to the slopes so an easy get to for lunch or a quick bite after a day skiing or snowboarding. read more

One star down as the prices are high but at least the quality of ingredients matches, and their other options besides pizza are meh. Ok, let's get the background here, I've lived in the east coast and had access to NY Pizza non stop. I now live near Chicago and have access to another Pizza giant. So I think I am worthy to comment on a good pizza as I've seen and did product tasting on the 2 variants out there. Unfortunately Pizza 101 is neither. But don't let that deter you from going there as from what I can see I am at odds with many other reviewers. However if you are from a Pizza loving city/state then you probably won't enjoy it. Is it the best in the area? I'm not sure, for all I know it could be? I'll give it a 3/5 because the service was good, place seemed to be clean, and we didn't get sick. read more
