Location, location, location!.........great food and and an awesome beer selection helps too. Oh, and so does being right next door to an excellent affiliated coffee shop to keep customers coming back at any time of day! Yea, this place was awesome, and I imagine that its super popping during peak ski season. Menu is packed with options. I had a big juicy salad and some really lightly fried but well cooked chicken strips. My partner had a big calzone that could give any Italian place in the city a run for their money. We came back for coffee three days in a row....needless to say, we loved it! Friendly and knowledgeable crew of young guys running the place. Like, chill vibes but super focused (probably all the non-stop coffee Thanks Ryan!t

First time in Dillon and at Cove & Craft. Great spot, food and personnel- both employees and regulars. Just a simple neat spot. You can order pizza from Last Chance Pizza.

We spent our last evening (4th of July) of our trip dining on amazing pizza and enjoying the incredible service offered to us by the staff at Cove and Craft. An amazing setting, friendly staff , great beer selections and a relaxed and friendly vibe. Next time I visit Cove and Craft will definitely make the must go list! Cheers!

WOW. Cove and Craft was an immaculate experience. With the pizza shop right next door, the local feel was amazing. The variety of beer on tap was mind blowing. I couldn't have asked for better service, food or drinks. Will be back and will absolutely recommend.

There was absolutely no way we were driving past the Frisco exit without pulling off. Outer Range is our ultimate mountain pit stop. They have an awesome location with a stunning modern build and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air. It is wild to think that we just visited their sister location in the French Alps during our recent European travels. The fact that they can maintain total excellence across two different continents is unreal. The two spots are completely equal, and the Colorado taproom continues to prove why they are world-class. The beers were spectacular as always. We started out with a couple of pints of their New England-style juice. In the Steep is a masterclass in the style with a beautiful, pillowy mouthfeel and heavy tropical notes. Sun in the Clouds was just as impressive. It delivers those bright citrus flavors without the aggressive hop bitterness. I even noticed Cross Flow on the tap list, which is a fresh, hazy collaboration they just put out with Casey Brewing. Before packing back into the truck, we made sure to grab a new metal tacker to hang up in the garage. We also snagged a four-pack of Lil John Wayne. The can art is easily the funniest label on the shelf, but the actual beer is a solid ten out of ten. To fuel the final stretch of the drive home, we ordered from Bird Craft right inside the brewery. They do not cut corners here. They are frying up full wings, including the drummies and the flippers, and they will toss them in any of their house sauces for an incredible snack. The skin stays remarkably crispy even under a thick coat of sauce, and the meat stays perfectly juicy. It is exactly the kind of savory comfort food you need after a long road trip. Every single time we stop by this place, they manage to completely knock it out of the park.

The vibe here is everything you want in a mountain-town brewery: eclectic, laid-back, and full of good energy. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which immediately turned my day around. I ordered the nachos, and they were massive, piled high with toppings and absolutely delicious. Pair that with a cold beer, and suddenly the stress of travel melted away. Our bar tender was friendly and informative. He lets us sample a beer as my husband was curious but wasn't sure he wanted to order a pint. I got the pork green chili and my husband got the French onion soup, both were delicious, warm and a perfect cozy winter meal. Finding a seat wasn't a problem and our group sat down to unwind after a long day of travel. Our server was excellent and she informed us that a few things off the menu weren't available due to an understaffed kitchen and that only a few beer selections were on tap because their head brewer had recently quit. Not a stellar start, but shit happens in the restaurant industry. My rating--I ordered a steak which was good but slightly over-cooked for my tastes and their unfortunately minimal beer selection. I don't like IPAs and that was really the only option for "lighter" beers. I'm sure they'll get things sorted out and when they do, I'll give them another chance.
