I really have to give it up for the friendly staff here. Way friendly. Over the top accommodating, super zippy, and an all-around nice bunch on my visit. I phoned my order in, they took care of it, it was ready on time, and I was in and out quick. They labeled it all perfectly, and it was an otherwise flawless execution. The food, well, perhaps I ordered the wrong things? I'd probably recommend against the prime rib, as the word prime doesn't quite apply. It just didn't come together in pita form. It was a bunch of ingredients. The souvlaki was a little better as texture and conformity goes, but the flavor there could have used a little punch. Pitas are a great change of pace, and nice and portable where a regular sandwich may not be. So this is a nice option every once in a while, and with a little more flavor you'd have something to work into the rotation more regularly. At the very least, you'll get it with a smile. read more

I have to commend the staff at this location they are so patient and helpful. I have been on a veggie kick and they deliver. Everything is immaculately clean and fresh in the 10+ times I've been here I haven't had a wilted leaf or dry chicken. Definitely listen to staff suggestions they know what is best! First time to Pita Pit, surprisingly. I checked in on the app and was happy to find I would receive a free drink. The menu selection looked pretty good with tempting veggies options. I came at lunch time but was still surprised by the wait. Once you order you wait in line to tell the pita maker what you want in your pita, like a reverse Subway. I was pleasantly surprised by the toping choices and that they first ask what grilled topics you would like. I order the gyro and grilled pineapple and banana peppers. Happy to see spinach, avocado and even artichoke hearts as free toppings. Chose a hummus and tatziki spreads for pita. I would definitely recommend pita pit over a subway, but avoid the rush. I thought that this place was excellent. The food is great--you have a large selection to choose from, and you aren't charged extra for putting a lot into your pita. While this may not be the most delicious dinner choice, it is a quality choice given the low price range. My first time here and I'm already in love. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, Jake answered all my questions and he gave me a bunch of suggestions as well. He definitely knew the menu, which was extremely helpful. The prices aren't bad for what they give you either; it comes in the small ($5.50-$6) to large ($7.50-$8), plus if you want to add additional toppings, they do it at no extra cost! The food here is to die for!! They have such a wide selection of toppings to choose from and you can taste how fresh everything is. The way I explain Pita Pit to other people is that it's like Subway, but it's healthier, has fresher ingedients, and tastes better. Not only is the food amazing, but the couple that manages the Provo location are a delight to be around. They always have smiles on their faces when my girlfriend and I walk in and they have our orders basically memorized. I hardly ever see people in day-to-day life that are as genuinely happy as them, let alone in the food industry. Come try a pita here and you won't be dissapointed. North Bay has no pita pit restaurant so had to give this place a try. The place is not fancy but I was not paying for fancy, The place is clean and crisp. WEAR A FACE MASK! You cannot go inside without one. It took an extra 10 minutes because of this. We didn't need masks 2 months ago when we went during covid 19. I usually love this place! We came in today and wraps isn't have enough sauce on it (hardly any). When I went and told them it's dry, the guy just stared at me. I then asked if I can have a little sauce to the side. He looked put out and quickly told me there is a charge for that. The lady working overheard and said "give her half of a little cup." This is a great alternative to Subway! It's basically the same concept except it's inside a pita rather than between two pieces of bread. There's a huge and diverse group of options for protein, with chicken options having about a half dozen alone! The falafel is pretty good. A cornucopia of vegetarian options as well, and they don't charge extra for avocado or artichoke hearts like most other places do! They have a points card as well, and give discounts to uniformed workers and students. The employees here are always nice, and definitely do not usually look like they would work at a place so close to BYU (tatted, face piercings, etc.) and it's refreshing to see faces that are a little different around here. My boyfriend and I really enjoy this place and come here on a semi-regular basis. Like another yelper, the only reason they get 4 instead of 5 stars from me is because parking is horrible! read more

The ingredients are fresh and the staff is super knowledgeable about your options that they're able to help you create something you'll love. There's one employee in particular whose always there (I'm terrible with names) that literally makes you feel so good about your pita decision because he's so pumped up with energy! I feel like it's a plus and makes your food taste even better because your selection was highly validated. LOL. Ok just me. Ive gone to this location a couple times and am huge on trying new things, so my go -to pita is always the daily deal pita. You get the specialty pita, a drink and either a cookie or chips, all for $7 something. Great way to try new pitas! My only negative comment would be that THE PARKING is the worst. Literal worst. It's extremely small and shared with Panda Express right next door, so it'd be better to say there is no parking. Sometimes we wait it out or park in the businesses behind pita pit. I always appreciate good customer service but these workers have this passion and goodness that goes so far. I don't know name but there is a guy with gages who could be the most sincere and genuine person making you a pita. He always lifts the mood every time I come. And there is a girl there with short hair that's worked there for about four years that constantly gives her best. They are really amazing people. Back to the food though. Very good food.
