A clear glass freshwater aquarium contains various aquatic plants, fish, and a water thermometer hanging inside. The tank is positioned among lush potted plants with broad leaves, creating a natural environment. The aquarium's interior includes a piece of driftwood and dense greenery, with a visible fish swimming near the plants. The scene is indoors, with natural and artificial lighting illuminating the plants and water.

One of the coolest shops I've ever been in. It's clean, everything is well-labeled and organized. The fish and tanks are (obviously) gorgeous and the owners of this small business are incredibly knowledgeable. Whether you're an aquascaper or tourist, Pisces Aquaria is a must-see!

A freshwater aquarium contains a large, textured rock as a central feature, surrounded by green and reddish aquatic plants. Small, brightly colored fish, including neon tetras, swim throughout the tank. The substrate is dark, and the background is plain, emphasizing the naturalistic setup and vibrant fish.

Pisces Aquaria is a pretty decent fish shop that's just opened in the heart of the Whiteaker neighborhood. It's devoted to more naturalistic aquariums. So the vibe is cool with more real tanks in browns and greens. The fish overall are smaller and swimming around wood and plants for a serene experience. What you won't find is giant Oscars and chartreuse fake coral and dayglow fish. Certainly no pirate's chest bubbling thing. Also: their betas swim in small tanks instead of small cups. They are treating them humanely. There aren't many places to buy fish in Eugene, so I think you should give this place a try.

Absolutely phenomenal. The healthiest fish and plants I've seen in a shop in years. I can't wait to visit again.

We so appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism. We are senior citizens, as such, we really appreciate his kind, thoughtful and clear approach with us. He treats us like "family". Darryl's prices are very reasonable. AND, we are always charged as previously established. No surprises. I called Darryl the other day to discuss a possible change to our pond design. I shared his ideas with my husband. George was so relieved and happy with the extremely economical and creative suggestions Darryl presented. Big smile! THANKS Darryl!

First time I called was Feb 6th. I ask if he has a 6" goldfish and he said he would check with his buddy that holds fish for him and that he would call me back later that night. I didn't get called back for 2 days. When he did call back, it was only to check what size I wanted again and to be told that he should have it and that he would bring it to me in a couple of days. He never called. He never showed. I tried to call him and he never picked up. I left messages. I finally left one saying that since I have tried multiple times that it would be my last time trying and I never got a call back. Today I thought I would give it one more shot. I tried to set an appointment to meet him at his shop today and he refused. He wanted me to call him back later this afternoon to see what he was doing and to meet up (maybe). I said that I really wanted to set an appointment with him right then and there since I have been trying to buy from him for over a month and still haven't been able to since he keeps not calling me back. At first he apologized, but then he said, well I have been taking care of my sick aunt too. I said, not for over a month. He then said he wouldn't be doing business with me since I sounded sarcastic and that I could take his spot with his aunt instead before hanging up on me. First off, you don't make your personal problems your business failure excuses, especially to customers you have repeatedly failed. Second, you make a damn appointment when your website says by appointment only. Third, you keep your word once you make a commitment. If you are still wondering if you want to do business with this man, the answer is no! Run away! Pick a person who keeps their appointments and word. Pick someone who runs an actual business with real store hours and real appointment times. Even Comcast keeps their word about appointments better than this dude!

We scheduled today's appointment in February, but apparently they didn't put him on the books...tired of this runaround from the groomers. I hate posting these type of reviews, but, when they cost me money in gas to get here just to screw me, I get upset... I'm not sure why they treat customers like this, but, we just made an appointment with Petsmart and they are happy too see him. Guess this place lost a customer....

Thank goodness I'm not in a wheelchair, but for those that are, be aware of that. When we got in the store, we noticed it is very disorganized and was cluttered. It also didn't have a very pleasant odor. We went in specifically looking for clothes and bows for my dog, but sadly they had a very small section and everything was disorganized, no bows either(which was fine). I only ended up getting a nylabone and flea meds for my cat. When we got up to the register line, there was only one cashier for a line of about 10 people, he didn't call for an extra clerk. Maybe he couldn't, but the store had several other employees doing random stuff, or just walking around. The cashier was very nice though and didn't seem stressed or overwhelmed. The only reason I gave the store 2 stars is because of the cashier and his professional composure. He greeted us when we got to the register and said have a nice day upon leaving the store. Unfortunately I do not recommend this store as it's very disorganized, cluttered and the lack of another clerk to help with the long line.
