He CAME. He SAW. He CONQUERED my lock problem! Look no further, Marin. Nadav is on the job. I cold-called the shop and Nadav picked up the phone, diagnosed my issue generally and asked for a few pics of the door knob. In LESS THAN an HOUR he was at my front door, fixing the problem then whisking away to Novato and G-d knows how many other locksmithing emergencies? I'm being a bit glib, but the bottom line: this guys knows his stuff. Works fast. Fixes your problem(s). What more *is* there in life? Call Pioneer! read more

The door knob broke and my daughter was locked out of her bedroom the very day she arrived home from her first year away at college. In our panic we found Nadav on Yelp. He asked for us to send a photo in which he calmly and quickly diagnosed the issue and quoted us $200 to fix it which included installing a new door knob. We wanted to select our own knob so he offered support by communicating via text and phone to help my daughter pick out a new one at Home Depot. He arrived on time, was friendly, efficient and got my daughter into her bedroom with a working door knob and lock. We highly recommend! read more

Five stars for Nadav and Pioneer Locksmith! I called the number listed, he picked up the phone and within minutes we had an appointment scheduled for later in the week. His positive attitude on the phone carried through to our appointment, he right on time, fixed our broken in record time, and gave us some advice on how to address some of the funny lock issues we have with doors on our older home. He will be getting any and all locksmith business we have from here forward. read more

Look no further for great service! Pioneer Locksmith is definitely the way to go for your locksmithing needs. 1) A person answered the phone! 2) Nadav arrived approximately an hour of my call. 3) He was friendly, professional, and after quickly fixing our initial problem, took care of some other issues that we had not mentioned when booking the appointment. 4) When booking the appointment, he had quoted a range of $180-200, but after fixing the problem he billed us for less! read more

Nadav from Pioneer Locksmith was absolutely fantastic. My son had locked his bike with a Kryptonite lock, and we had completely lost the key. Nadav responded quickly and was so accommodating that he actually arrived and coordinated with the recreation center office before I could even get there. As luck would have it, the rec center ended up finding the missing key, so the lock didn't need to be cut after all. Even though Nadav had taken the time to come out and was ready to help, he refused to charge me for the visit. It's rare to find someone so honest, professional, and customer-focused. He turned what was shaping up to be a stressful situation into an easy one. I would not hesitate to call him again and highly recommend Pioneer Locksmith to anyone in need of help. read more

Nadev lived up to his prior stellar Yelp reviews. I had a broken front door handle/latch to replace. Nadev scheduled quickly, showed up on time (a little before, actually), worked very quickly while delivering expert craftsmanship. And he kept me informed of what was needed and what he was doing as he progressed. Plus - he is a very personable guy. Enjoyed his being on the job. He cleaned up afterwards, having had to drill new holes and cut a bit more space to fit the new latch mechanism. Couldn't have asked for anything more. read more

Last Night, I thought I lost my keys and called Pioneer Locksmith to come and change my locks. Nadav was very honest to say if I still had one key he could rekey the lock rather than replace it which would be less costly. I had an appointment for today but found my keys. I called and cancelled and Nadav was so nice and understanding. My neighbor just used his services and highly recommended him and said his service was excellent. I didn't use him this time, but will definitely recommend him as well as call him if I need him in the future. read more

If I could give a 6th star, I would. Nadav was awesome to deal with and even better at solving my problem. We let our battery get too low and couldn't access an important outdoor closet with all of our WIFI, stereo and solar equipment. He was able to pick the lock and changed out the battery for us.
