I had a high security lock, and he proficiently threw every trick in the book at it until he was able to get me back into my room! Even with having to throw multiple angles of attack at my lock... He was able to defeat it quicker than I've seen other locksmiths attack inferior locks!!! I will definitely be using Lock Stop and Key again!!! read more

Man I spoke to on the phone was trying to take my money before determining what the culprit is & after wanting a bit more perspective he treated me as if I should know, as if I'm not calling for his help because this isn't my expertise. This is my first keyless car & I've been driving cars from the 80's & 90's... don't tell me this isn't getting more complicated. read more

Fixed my problem quick! I just got a new car and the owners didn't tell me that the key fob didn't work. What was happening was the lock button didn't work at all, but the unlock button locked my car so the only way to unlock my car was put my key in my key door on the driver side. Obviously frustrating! I called and let them know what was going on and they scheduled me for the same day. I get there and it was about 20 minutes and it was all fixed! I'm seriously so happy it's been so frustrating having to manually unlock my car door to unlock the rest of the doors along with the trunk. You guys are lifesavers. Thank you so much!! read more
