Fixed my problem quick! I just got a new car and the owners didn't tell me that the key fob didn't work. What was happening was the lock button didn't work at all, but the unlock button locked my car so the only way to unlock my car was put my key in my key door on the driver side. Obviously frustrating! I called and let them know what was going on and they scheduled me for the same day. I get there and it was about 20 minutes and it was all fixed!
