I called for mobile service and "Arman" came, worked on my car ignition switch, and broke a part while repairing it. Many attempts made to have him fix the problem, called the "main office" number, promised call backs, and nothing. They do not take care of customers /no fix, no refund. Advice: Do not trust these people, their BUSINESS LICENSE is from prior ownership and is EXPIRED, which is illegal and fraud. Look up business licenses at California Dept of Consumer affairs under "locksmith", "Northbay Lock", lic. # 7800. All their reviews that you see on yelp that are thanking Nathan K. for good work (he is the previous owner, now deceased) is a front for credibility as this company appears to now be run by scammers. Their posted address on Santa Rosa Ave. is not their address, instead their "address" it is a UPS Store mailbox in Rohnert Park. many RED FLAGS. Never would have called them if I had known they are not a legit locksmith service without a legit license. read more

Called on a Monday night because our 3-year old son locked us out of our bedroom. We just bought the house and hadn't gotten around to re-keying the place, and the bedroom unfortunately didn't come with a key. Nathan called us back within 20 minutes or so of leaving a voicemail and said he could be there in 30-40 minutes. He cut us a deal on the new lock and had it open and repaired in about 30 minutes. I accidentally lost my key while moving out of my apartment and I got a quote from Nathan and it was a little pricey and then I asked him if I waited for the following day if it would be cheaper if I waited until the next day and he said on the phone that he would do 150 instead of 250 since I'm willing to wait and when Nathan came today to pick my door lock to my shed he charge an additional 50 dollars even though I reminded him he told me 150 on the phone and he takes cash payment only I would not recommend and it's 75 dollars just to drive out to me even though I live off college Ave and he came from Rohnert park I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS LOCKSMITH! read more
