I have a 20+ year old door with an even more ancient lock on it. The latch busted the day I had to go out of town. Not only did Matt respond that same day, but he did lots of independent research to help identify all my options in replacing the latch. In the end, he was able to find another latch to replace my broken one (which was not easy, as it had been out of production for a few decades). But he also indicated that he could refer me to another company that could help retrofit a new lock to the ancient hole in the door (for the old lock). This is the first time I write a review for low performance. I locked myself out of my house. I give them 2 stars because they did show up and they did open my door. They had to remove the lock for whatever reason. Now my lock doesn't lock. I called them multiple times and no one returned my call. I left a message indicating that my lock wasn't working after they installed it again. I asked them if the could come back and fix what they have done. Now I have a broken lock and I have to find a professional to help me fix what they broke. My advice to you is to verify their work multiple times when they are in the premises because you won't get a call back. :( read more
