We needed to make a spare key for a 1999 Ford Ranger that was gifted to us. The key has a transponder chip so we knew we had to get a locksmith to make one. This is the 2nd time I've used Ace Lock and Key for their services. And I don't post many reviews for businesses, but this is 2nd time I am leaving review because it is well deserved!! Issa came to our house and made the key in less than 5 minutes. With the blink of an eye spare was made, tested and working! The front driver door lock was sticking a little and I asked if for future if we wanted to fix that if it was fixable or would need a replacement lock. Issa went above and beyond and fixed our lock problem with a simple solution! Mind you this is still all within the "less than 5 minutes" time that he was here! He also told my boyfriend "I can leave and you can F off" the key was never broken. I do not recommend this guy- he is rude & can't do his job correctly or professionally. All their reviews that you see on yelp that are thanking Nathan K. for good work (he is the previous owner, now deceased) is a front for credibility as this company appears to now be run by scammers. Their posted address on Santa Rosa Ave. is not their address, instead their "address" it is a UPS Store mailbox in Rohnert Park. many RED FLAGS. Never would have called them if I had known they are not a legit locksmith service without a legit license.

So think about it twice you hire this company.
