When the driver showed up, the service felt rushed and careless. I didn't feel confident that my vehicle was being handled properly. To make things worse, the cost was higher than expected for the level of service provided. For something that's already a stressful situation, this company made it even worse. We spent hours on the phone with AAA trying to arrange a tow, only to have one company cancel on us and another pushing back their ETA by 5-6 hours and generally acting rude/annoyed.
