I ordered the Hawaiian pizza which was good. But I think this place is overpriced. For just one 12 inch pizza, 3 drinks & 1 appetizer we paid $45 bucks, which to me it wasn't worth it for a pizza joint. Also, you can't pick what size you want your pizza. They only had the 12 inch. No small medium or large or at least it would be nice to have medium & large. Otherwise you end up having to order 2 pizzas which it would be too much. Pros: the ambiance is nice If u want to spend a ton of money on pizza then I would say go for it. read more

We had never been here and decided to give it a try. Our waiter (jose) was excellent. His recommendations were on point. I had the meat ravioli which was excellent. We Had the worst service at this place yesterday. I am never going back. First, we asked to eat outdoor and requested a table in the "outdoor" section. 5 minutes after we got our table "outside" a rude lady that I think was the Manager decided to put the fence down. I called her and told her that we requested to eat outdoor and to please leave the fence open. She didn't care and said the air conditioner was better. Better for who? Not for the customer because the customer requested outdoor dining.. so I guess they don't care about the customers. Then we got our pasta and there was no cheese on our table and they took forever to bring the cheese. My friend asked for water and they took 30 minutes to bring the water. ...they finally brought the water but we had to ask for it 3 times. We ordered a Margarita Pizza with basil and they didn't put any basil on the pizza. We were confused as if that was the pizza we ordered . Then we had to ask for the basil 2 times until they finally brought it on the side....if they were wondering why we didn't leave any tips now they know. They didn't care about the customer and the bad service ruined our dining experience and opinion about this place. Never going back. Do yourself a favor and go eat at another place. read more

Our family enjoyed an absolutely delicious pizza, lasagna and tiramisu. If you like your pizza thin and crispy, you must try theirs. It's just perfect. We had the Bruxelles white pizza with prosciutto and one with arugula, Brie and carpaccio. Just delicious! So happy we decided to go. The tiramisu was amazing. Fresh and light. However today I was taken care of by Natalia and her service was outstanding, she always smile and had a great attitude, she also advised me on a great salad because I was feeling like eating healthy... it was a tuna salad called sofrone and it was delicious! I think I'm going to start coming more often to try other options! I'd give them 5 stars but it looks like the service is starting to be affected. I usually come to eat here once or twice a week because food quality and service. I have noticed in the past 3 weeks the service is getting worse from what it was earlier this year. Our last visit Ricardo was our waiter, he does a great job as always but you can tell they are under-staffed, he is constantly running from table to table refilling drinks, running food and taking orders, only issue with that is we have to wait longer or call him to remember to bring out our items. The last 2 visits the bread was never brought out, I had to ask for it, I don't mind but that's not how it was in the past and the Margherita Pizza was brought without basil. I will keep bringing the rating down if this gets worse, it's sad that they'll start loosing customers for lack of service. read more

Awesome addition to this strip mall. Decor is bright and lively, they have a full bar so I'm sure it will be filled with the Real Housewives of Pinecrest types in the evenings. Excellent service. Our waitress Giovanna was informative, sweet and very attentive. Food was great - we had the cheese and meats platter (mozzarella, Brie, apricot jam, spicy salami and prosciutto) which we really enjoyed. The prosciutto was sliced tissue thin and was incredibly tasty. My husband loved his chop salad and I liked but didn't love my minestrone. Pizzas were thin and crispy. Everything tasted fresh and clean. We ate like animals yet didn't leave hating ourselves. Lunch specials are generously portioned and well priced. We'll be back. read more

I give this place 6 months. We've been here twice and the second time was no better than the first. Service isn't bad per se but indifferent. The real problem is the food. I ordered an arugula salad for $9.00 that was nothing more than a medium bowl of straight arugula and some pieces of shaved parm on top and a plastic container of dressing. Even allowing for the fact that we are pizza snobs from NY, this pizza is tasteless with a crust is crispy on the edges but wet and floppy in the middle. Both times. Won't be back. On Wednesday prime time it was empty while Flannagans next door was packed with a line. This is a tough shopping center, things don't last unless they are serving up quality and Piola just doesn't. read more

I love Piola. I used to go to the one in Hallandale since I lived closer so when I moved down south I missed it so much! But when I found out they were opening one down here I was so excited and was hoping that it was as good as the one in Hallandale. Thankfully it's just as good! Last time I was here my mom and I ordered the pizza with carpaccio and arugula on it (I forgot the name) because we wanted to try something different than what we usually order which is the quattro formaggi. We were pretty disappointed with our order because I felt it was a bit bland for my taste but it could just be a matter of personal preference. While we stayed there enjoying some drinks my boyfriend later arrived and ordered a custom pizza with pepperoni, prosciutto, olives, and onions. This one was soo much better than the one my mom and I ordered and we ended up eating most of it. After being there for a little over an hour it became ladies night so naturally we just had to stay longer. I highly recommend the caipirinhas which are almost the primary reason why I like to come here. I like to order them with Splenda and they always make this adjustment with no complaints.
