We came here after last nights yelp event. They gave us a discount card so decided to check it out. We forgot the card at home so we paid full price and it was still worth it. The place is small but has lots of seating inside and out. They also sell some Italian food to make at home. We got a small pizza and it was enough for me and my husband to split. We got the Italia!! And the had so many toppings like oil and vinegar and extra cheese and chili flakes!! We also got the Nutella cannolis. Portions was small but I was delicious. Loving Margherita Mondays at Pummarola! We've been here at this particular chain location about 3 times, trying regular pizza, wine & Nutella fruit pizza. We finally made it back for the advertised $6 pizza special! The price is right, and the setting is just beautiful outside under the Miami moon. Two small $6 pizzas & diet cokes do the trick. They give you a number and bring the fresh made pies etc to your table. Cheese is melty nirvana, but crust tonight is so way too floppy/doughy, but sauce is always legit. Overall experience still great! Prices are pretty good for this area. The other times we tried the wine & dessert pizza were all good! Pizza def isn't the best I've ever had, but still fresh out of the oven & above passing. If you find yourself hungry at the beautiful Falls, but don't need to overspend, def check out Pummarola by the movie theater & ice cream shop. It's an easy relaxed good time! First time eating here after seeing it for the longest time, me and my girlfriend ordered it and took it home. We ordered the Focaccia, Meatball, and the Prosciutto and Arugula pizza and a Nutella pizza for desert. The focaccia was essentially a pizza crust with no cheese or sauce not much to really taste there and nothing to write home about. The meatball itself for $9 was severely disappointing, just small and mushy with not much flavor besides the red sauce it was drowned in. The Pizza was actually very delicious and was definitely the best thing we had. The Nutella desert was nothing crazy either. Service was quick and we waited about 10-15 minutes for everything, the ambiance was not really much to comment on considering the space inside is very small and minimal. read more

Our timing was not good from the start. We ordered at the end of a pizza making party of 12-15 people. While our order was going in their pizzas were ready to bake so we waited for 50 minutes for our pizzas. My salad came right away and I was finished with it well before my family got their pizzas. My husband almost cancelled the order at 40 minutes and I said it has to be soon. Let's wait. We had them box it up and we sat outside. I loved the crust. Bummed the mushrooms were from a can. Pizza itself was okay. Sauce had no life. Overall I wanted to love it so bad, so cute inside but my whole family was so upset about the wait we all left upset. I love the Falls because you can spend a whole day there eating, and shopping or just walking around. The new iteration is really quite pleasant and enjoyable to window shop or just go for a stroll. At any given time you can see couples, groups of young people, families, and even old folks like me all enjoying a nice day at this exceptional outdoor mall. There are several highlights, including Pummarola pizza. On Mondays, they make it even more attractive with six dollar personal margherita pizza. On a typical and tasty neopolitan crust, they add crushed San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves, and extra-virgin olive oil. Simple and delicious. The only issue that I had with the crust was it did not taste like it had rested long enough to get that full flavor of Neapolitan pizza. I would've preferred a little bit more fresh basil, but that is just personal taste. When you're in the Falls this is an excellent choice for a light meal and I would highly recommend you get one of these pizzas before going to a movie rather than try the tasteless pizzas at the theater. We were in the mood of some good pizza and my cousin recommended that we check out Pummarola. There are several locations cross Miami and the location at the Falls was the closet for us. The pizza here is Napoletana style, thin crust baked in coal fire oven. We ordered their Margarita and their prosciutto with Arugula. we came here for a pizza making class and our waitress/teacher was very nice and accommodating to our (slightly chaotic) group! we had a great time and our food and apps were delicious. the only thing i would say about this specific location is that the space is rather small for a pizza making class with a group that was as large as ours was (15ish ppl).. the restaurant was still open to the public as well so it was very tight and we had to be constantly getting up to wash our hands. (there was only one working bathroom). i think it would be wise to close for large groups to make space for the class. read more

I was in the mood for pizza, so we came here. They indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice. I ordered the bacon, smoked mozzarella, and zucchini pizza. I love anything smoked. The pizza came out piping hot. Once I was able to, I took a bite. The crust in the middle gets soggy pretty fast, so before I knew it, a fork and knife were in order. I loved the crust. Once you got past the middle, it was chewy and had a slight sour dough flavor. The toppings could have been spread out better but were tasty. My only complaint was that the mozzarella tasted like regular mozzarella. No smoke flavor at all. With that said, I can't wait to come back and try the truffle pizza! read more

I really enjoy the food here! I've tried the pizza with the vegan cheese and I recommend if you can't eat dairy cheese.. they are always friendly and I like the seating. I will say I ordered online once and never got the notification that it was ready I'm not sure if that was a glitch but besides that I've never had any issues. Came here and ordered the Chicken Pesto Panuozzo and it was okay -- good not great. The cashier didn't seem happy to be there which I get, but idk my experience wasn't great I feel. The Panuozzo was $11 plus tax and tip, in my opinion it just wasn't worth it. Seeing everyone else's reviews, I guess I have to come back and give this place a second chance and order their pizza instead and skip the Panuozzo next time. I was so uncomfortable here. The AC was set to 81 on a day that is 90 degrees outside. They had the front door wide open as if some Breeze would enter but that ain't happening in 90% that feels like 100. I asked them if the AC was broken and they gave me a lame excuse about the oven making the place hot (all the more reason to set the the thermostat to a much lower level) but then she walked to the thermostat and placed it to 79, as if that will make a difference. Also, the guy cooking the pizza touched the pizza with his bare hands, no gloves. I will not be coming again. Up to ya'll if you want to sit in a pizza oven, literally! On top of that, they move super slow and the pizza took 40 minutes to come out. A disgrace! read more

I definitely recommend checking this place out, out of all the places I've gone to in Miami looking for a more authentic Napoli pizza this one takes the cake. Of course the ingredients are not the same as in Europe they definitely have the most authentic style. I really enjoyed the margarita pizza here. You make the dough but since it has to rise they give you already risen dough for your pizza. You get to take the other dough home for another night of pizza! You can pick ANY toppings you want. We were at the Falls on a quiet weekday morning and soon it was lunchtime. We stumbled upon this place and saw that it was Margherita Monday or something, meaning that a Margherita pizza was $6 when dining in. We got 3 of them for the whole family and got down to business. We were pleasantly surprised. The pizzas were pretty good. 2 were about the same and only 1 seemed to be a little under-cooked, but not a big deal. We all enjoyed our pizzas and although space is a little tight, we were able to get all 4 of us plus a stroller and high chair around a table to have our lunch. I also like how this place is basically in the middle of the Falls, so it is easy to get to no matter where you are in the mall. read more

Dough is perfect - it's got that little bit of chewiness that you want from Neapolitan style pizza. Sauce was on point - not overly sweet or overly acidic like big-box pies elsewhere. My husband and I participated in a class here at 6:30pm today-- to make a pizza!! It was awesome-- very clean station, the guide was awesome, he explained/showed us very well and then gave us our turn to apply what he taught us. After, you choose a pizza and he'll show you the steps to make it, they cook it, you eat your hard work! Hahaha it was such a fun experience and I thank our guide for being so friendly and patient. Great positive surprising experience. My wife got us the Pizza Making Class at Groupon and I came for the fun but it so happened that the pizza dough is exquisite and soooo tasty. Francesco, who is from Sicily Italy, pizzaiollo and our guide is awesome and very talkative. You have 2 pzzas dough to cook at home in 2 days and you also eat the pizza you made here.
