That's when we noticed the Dos Equis pint was $8.50 a glass, we inquired and was told there was no button to select the smaller size. Despite enjoying the food, every time we go, we won't be returning to pay those kind of price for draft beer.

Otto and Adrian, our hosts for the evening, along with our Yelp ambassador, Brittany, instantly made us feel like part of the family. The tasting experience was top-notch, featuring a delightful selection from almost every corner of the menu. The journey began with the mind-blowing cheese curds that left us craving for more. We embarked on a culinary adventure, savoring five different mouthwatering hamburgers, a tantalizing hotdog, classic and Cajun French fries, sweet potato fries with an exquisite apple butter sauce, dolce de Leche ice cream, and the most heavenly kebabs I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. The tenderness and flavor of the meat were beyond compare, explaining why this restaurant boasts a plethora of awards. I couldn't help but mention that it was my husband's birthday, and to our surprise, the entire restaurant serenaded him, albeit with a touch of good-natured embarrassment. It left him truly touched. We're already planning our next visit. Choosing a favorite burger was a delightful challenge, as each one was bursting with flavor. However, the Pincho's burger stood out as an absolute winner. I ordered the Pincho burger, steak kebab, kids chicken bowl, plate pollo asado with rice beans and fried plantain, fries and drink. Food was top tier and even though we came at a busy time the food came out in a timley manner. The dinning area has vaulted ceilings so despite the business being in a store front strip it still feels spacious. A/C was on blast so it's nice and cool during a hot Texas day. As the attendant continued to serve other customers, I eventually had to interject and inquire about a bag for my food, noting a bag lane nearby. She confirmed its availability and resumed assisting other patrons. I then commented, "Okay, so I'm suppose to bag my own food." I must convey my significant disappointment, as this level of customer service is uncharacteristic of my previous experiences at this establishment. I felt a distinct lack of respect and a sense of being disregarded.
