I ordered the Pincho burger, steak kebab, kids chicken bowl, plate pollo asado with rice beans and fried plantain, fries and drink. Food was top tier and even though we came at a busy time the food came out in a timley manner. The dinning area has vaulted ceilings so despite the business being in a store front strip it still feels spacious. A/C was on blast so it's nice and cool during a hot Texas day. Sorry I'm not including any pictures, we were hungry and it didn't cross my mind. We got the steak kebab plate with 2 sides and 1 sauce. 1st side (Rice & beans) 2nd side (fries). Both really good portions! The beans were really good, fries were crispy and the rice even though just plain white it still was good. We also got a plain cheese burger, and it was great. Lastly my kid got a grilled cheese sandwich with fries, he usually doesn't really eat much of his food when we go out but he finished most of it so that's a good sign. Overall everything was great, we were greeted when we walked in, staff was extremely nice and check on us to make sure everything was ok, and they were playing some good Spanish music. I give this place 2 stars. Anywhere you order standing up... no tip. Guilt tipping sucks. The portion size is minimal for the price. One little kabob for $14+? Really? How about more salad than fries? Everything is served in cardboard bowls and plates, super cheap. The drink machine is below my waist level and I'm short! Lastly, the cardboard bowls and plates don't even fit through the hole in to trash can, it takes folding and squeezing to get it in there. I was really excited to try a new Latin place- however disappointed with what first seemed an online order error to when my partner actually order the food at the location and came home with it - we still got the wrong order for the vaca plate. Actually, I would give Pincho's three and a half stars, but that wasn't an option. It is good, but not great. It is worth the money and I have been there three times now. The only thing I would not recommend are the tostones, which tend to be dry. I like that you can be a little good or a little bad with the food choices. Let me preface that this review is about the service only, not the food. The food is fine, the service here is not so great, led by a GM with a terrible attitude. After waiting 14 minutes for a to-go order, I go and ask for my food and it's been sitting on the to-go shelf for 10 minutes. No one called my name. I'm then gaslit by the cashier and the GM that they did call my name and I just didn't hear it. I'm visibly upset and the manager is too prideful to admit there was any fault on her team's end. I tell them I saw when they put the order on the shelf and know for a fact no name was called. The GM dismisses me and asks if I'd like my order remade. I politely decline. I ask for the number of the person above her bc the service is unacceptable. I speak to the culinary manager and he ensures me he will take care of it. About 10 minutes later the cashier comes with a receipt saying my order was refunded and "sorry for the issue." I know this is optics, but a little disappointing and further proving how prideful the GM was that she couldn't come and apologize herself. This entire situation didn't need to happen, just the result of 1 person's bad attitude. read more

Whenever I splurge and eat fast food my go to is PINCHO's. The food never disappoints. I usually get the Latin bowl. It is favorable with a blend of sweetness from the plantains, savory from the grilled seasoned chicken, heartiness from the black beans and rice and freshness from the diced tomatoes. Had a "BOGO" offer and decided to get our burgers to go. I had the regular "Pincho" burger and my wife substituted the grilled chicken on hers. We both agreed that these were nothing special and not very flavorful. Supposed to include tomato but my wife had none and I only found one very small, very thin slice. The fries had obviously been sitting there for a while and had no flavor. We also tried the fried cheese cubes, which came out greasy and had a strange consistency and very little taste. The service was decent enough and the people were friendly. Unfortunately, we both agreed that there was no reason for us to go back.
