We were led to believe the 2021 Wellis spa model we had decided upon was a good value at the Mercy Drive Store for $12,000. However, as we had just started looking we decided to shop around and our wallet is so happy we did. We ended up getting the EXACT same model (except a 2022) for $7499.99. Everything written into the $12,000. package at Unique PSB (steps, cover and @ Ease sanitizing system) was also included in the better priced deal. It was all delivered free of charge to the spot where I wanted it in my backyard set-up! It should also be noted that even the Unique PSB in Jacksonville gave me a considerably better price for the exact quoted system than the store on Mercy Drive. On a positive note- even though I would never buy anything from the store on Mercy Drive in Orlando, I will say that Alan, the salesman, spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions quite well. He seems to know "his stuff" and it is unfortunate that we were not able to purchase from him because he did spend a great deal of time with us. In 2021, Eric and his company completed a spore/mold mitigation removal to my pool. After draining…read morethe pool, Eric's company applied chemical to the surface of the floor. Approximately 5 days later, Eric's company returned to remove the chemical while the pool remained drained. This was when I observed multiple bubbles and craters on the pool surface floor. When Eric was questioned, he stated this occurred as a result of the original builder not applying the correct amount of concrete where the pool floor surface was. Eric refused to take responsibility for the damage he caused to my pool. It shall be noted, the craters and pools were not present before Eric was granted the contract. Essentially, I had to spend approximately $40,000 to have the pool resurfaced. I WILL RECOMMEND NEVER USING ERIC!!

When I was looking for new service, not only was Coltan quick and courteous but he even gave me some tips as to what could be the issue and how to potentially resolve them. He arrived right on time for an estimate appointment, and gave me a more than reasonable quote for my pool. On top of the expected cleaning, they also provide you with report info so you always know exactly what they are using and doing when they come by. And with no contract, if you should ever need to stop service for whatever reason, its not going to be a huge hassle. It was nice to have someone that I could actually ask questions, as my previous provider was virtually non-communicative. The only reason I chose to go with another provider is because since Wave Sun is stationed in Windemere and I live in Lockhart, it would have been more expensive with less service since they don't have a lot of business in this area yet, so they would need to make up the cost in fuel. Totally understandable and I'm hoping that in the future they get enough business in the area they can do weekly service. I will switch to them in a heartbeat if they do. If you are in the Windemere area give them a call ASAP, if I was this impressed and didn't even go with them, I can only imagine how great their service is to actually have. Some of the other staff have smart mouths and like to Smart off with someone whose been a pool owner for 30+ years and to make snide comments about rain and chemistry to the customer. I do not appreciate that sort of comment. I bring my pool water in because I do it every week, not because it's raining as the pool tech suggested. ( I have a minor in organic chemistry, so I certainly understand pool chemistry. ) I currently am having difficulties with stabilizer and had to empty 3 feet of my pool, and yet he did not want to test my water because it was raining, which has nothing to do with the stabilizer. I am considering changing pool testing stores, if the young techs cannot mind their tongue better. All customers are experienced and knowledgeable unless they say they are new and need help. They need to be treated with proper decorum and the attitude that " the customer is always right. " I'll give Leslies another chance to correct this issue.
