We waited around 6 months for delivery and now that we have our tub we sleep better every night and our general well-being is significantly better. We had a few minor hiccups after our delivery and Dan and Kevin were on it from top to bottom. I have never experienced better customer service from any company, especially post purchase. They not only stand behind their products at 100%, but also their word. I'll also mention the fact that they're significantly cheaper than their competitors.

Just over a year after installation, the new pool coating is failing. Multiple pool companies have…read moreinspected it and identified that the surface was not properly prepared prior to application. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.

I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

So with all that said first my wife and my daughter went to the Pinch-A-Penny Pool store to get what we needed to clean the pool which was some chlorine and the employees there were really awesome my daughter was looking @ some thermos cups they asked her which one she really liked and they gave it to her for free because it was her birthday. We brought back the chemicals and used them on the pool and for some reason something wasn't working because the pool wasn't turning the right color. My wife and I went back to the store with a water sample to se what was wrong and why the water wasn't cleaning right, so Parker tested the water told us what was wrong and recommended what we needed to get the pool ready for our daughter's birthday and he also gave us a discount on the chlorine that we bought. I really love when associates go above and beyond with their customer services, it means they are dedicated to their job and they want to give you the best service possible.
