However there was some follow-up that needed to be done, they came out a few times for repairs that I had a warranty on but never really solved the issue! Called Andy up, he responded very quickly via VM. When we finally were able to speak, Andy came over the same day we spoke, probably within minutes, as he was already in my area. Charged me the service call fee, which was very reasonable. The last company had a difficult time getting my vacuum to clean the pool, there was no flow going through my salt cell, it was a mess. Pool starting to turn green pretty quickly! Andy came over, took the motor apart, started cleaning the motor, discovered that leaves were getting in the propeller, or something like that? Taught me how to put the basket back in so that it doesn't happen again! Made it easier for me to take the Filter cap off so that I'm not spending 10's of minutes trying to put the cap back on, which can take up to an hour trying to align the steel rod back into its groove!! If anything, just that one little trick was worth the service fee!! He really went above and beyond!! Needless to say, I will be using Andy for all my pool service needs!! Our pool started leaking about 200 gallons in 24 hours. I called the pool maintenance company and…read morethey came out and confirmed there was a leak and recommended Red Rhino. I called them on Monday morning. The tech, Jason came on Tuesday and preformed the tests. We had not one but 2 cracked pipes. The repair was scheduled for that Friday but around noon on Thursday, the repairman called to say he could do it that day. Over he came and fixed the two broken pipes. I HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE LADY WHO TOOK MY FIRST CALL, AS WELL AS JASON THE DETECTION TECH AND EMILIO THE REPAIR TECH. They were all efficient, had great communication skills, and were friendly. They explained what they were doing, what the next steps would be and the outcome should we proceed with the repairs.
