Their service techs are very young and clearly inexperienced. They caused a yellow/gold stain that runs across the entire bottom of our pool by leaving chemicals sitting at the bottom. The stain appeared the very next day after their service. When my husband tried to brush it, some debris lifted, but the stain remained. When we contacted the company, they denied responsibility and told us to file a warranty claim with our pool builder instead. This company is 100% responsible for the damage to our pool. If you want to protect your investment, I strongly recommend choosing a different service provider.

Asked him to fix our pool plumbing that was improperly installed (by him) for which he never fixed it. He also stopped responding to all my texts. Had to get someone else to come and fix his mess. He also does not maintain a salt water pools appropriately. Just dumps buckets of chlorine in it and doesn't stabilize it. Pinch a penny said our chemistry was completely off with him maintaining our pool. If I were you I'd find someone else.
