Plus a filter cartridge that godzilla could not remove to clean. I was forced to deal with it because no one was taking on new clients so forget getting a pool cleaning service....I was IT. The salt water pool was never able to generate enough chlorine as it was always low whenever I had it tested. So I decided to remove the salt water apparatus and install an automatic chlorine feeder. Dan, the man, came and installed that for me and set the pump for me as well. Boy, was that an energy saver as instead of running 10-12 hrs a day, it is running 8 hrs day. My chlorine levels are always in range now. I then asked that my filter cartridge be replaced to something I can actually perform. Kristen said the one I had was notorious for being difficult to remove. Dan came out and replaced the filter cartridge with a Hayward that I can easily handle. I had a leak in the pool equipment which Dan came out and repaired recently. I have had issues with staining in the pool and the staff in the store guided me to the test kit to determine the culprit which was iron. I purchased the iron removal granules and WOW, what a difference! I have always been treated well when I have gone in there and recently purchased a pool cleaner which Dan helped me hook up while he was out fixing the leak in the pool equipment. I am currently waiting on a call back from Kristen to see if they can install a pool rail I purchased. I cannot say enough about Dan, the repairman. I call him Dan, the man, because he truly is "the man" who knows everything related to pools. You are in good hands when he is on the job and I totally trust his judgement and opinion. My pool is crystal clear and will be perfect, once I get the rail installed. Keep up the epic work everyone! You all are doing great!

We were led to believe the 2021 Wellis spa model we had decided upon was a good value at the Mercy Drive Store for $12,000. However, as we had just started looking we decided to shop around and our wallet is so happy we did. We ended up getting the EXACT same model (except a 2022) for $7499.99. Everything written into the $12,000. package at Unique PSB (steps, cover and @ Ease sanitizing system) was also included in the better priced deal. It was all delivered free of charge to the spot where I wanted it in my backyard set-up! It should also be noted that even the Unique PSB in Jacksonville gave me a considerably better price for the exact quoted system than the store on Mercy Drive. On a positive note- even though I would never buy anything from the store on Mercy Drive in Orlando, I will say that Alan, the salesman, spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions quite well. He seems to know "his stuff" and it is unfortunate that we were not able to purchase from him because he did spend a great deal of time with us.
