It's been more than 2y and i am still waiting for the owner to provide me a solution. I bought from…read morethem a Stainless steel water fall that supports salt pools but after 1 month i detected corrosion from outside. I know the owner because our kids play soccer at the same club and practice together. So i saw him every week. He never solved the issue. He blamed the manufacturer and asked me to complain directly to them. Wait what ?? I bought from Migaloo not from the manufacturer. He is not trustable. He stopped responding and NEVER provided me a feedback without i need to force him to answer. So why doing business with this kind of company where the owner does not fix an issue reported one after one month of the installation and it's been 2y and nothing ?

The service that Kori provided was outstanding. I'm not the most timely responder to my reviews but…read moreI want to be able to be fully confident on the work done over time. This job was done and I would not hire anyone else to do your pool. Kori is very fair in pricing and much lower than the bigger companies. However, he does not sacrifice any ounce of quality workmanship. He can be busy since it is Florida so patience is key, if you want things done correctly. More expensive, and quick, may not mean quality! Sorry for my lack in getting you this review sooner, it's been a long year as you can expect.

Just over a year after installation, the new pool coating is failing. Multiple pool companies have…read moreinspected it and identified that the surface was not properly prepared prior to application. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.

I called this company for a quote to clean a swimming pool. After sending in photos the quote I…read morereceived was vague, so I asked for someone to come in person to give me an exact quote. I later received a call from Luis. Soon after calling me he put me on hold in order to answer another call, which I found rude. We scheduled an appointment for him to come over and take a look. The time of the appointment passed and Luis didn't come. I called him to check whether he was on his way and he told me that he got stuck at another job and couldn't come. Even though he had no intention of coming that day, he didn't bother to let me know. It appears that this company is related to another pool company called Swim Solutions. I'd suggest checking their Yelp reviews as well.

The name is exactly how this company does business. I don't know if there is more than one Vision Pools because when I saw other reviews that couldn't be the Vision Pools that did my swimming pool. They were awesome the whole time. It only took them a little over 2 months to completely build my pool. I can't say nothing bad about this company. I would beg everyone who wanted a swimming pool to have Vision Pools to do the job. They are trustworthy and do the best job a company can do. They really left me in OMG mode. Unbelievable . They did an awesome job!! I can't say enough about my experience with them. Me and my husband love looking at the pool as much as we love to swim in it . No other company could have beat them.
