He, not only knows how to professionally clean a pool, he's quite knowledgeable about the equipment and chemical usages. He's very patient with all my questions and even in the heat of the day at 93 degrees, he still works as hard as if it were 65 degrees out. I should mention that I've had 4 or 5 other pool cleaning companies more than 5 years ago and have been cleaning my own pool since 2019. Having James has made this transition very easy.

This company came through in a pinch for us when our pool wasn't working properly and needed several repairs as well as cleaning maintenance. Carie and Michelle in the office were wonderfully kind, patient explaining what needed to be done, and quick getting us our repairs and cleanings scheduled asap. The repair technician, Michael was especially kind and helpful. You will get the best service and support with this team. Plus they have the most competitive prices in the area. Thank you again for all you did for me and my family.

I flew in from the west coast just for the install and the morning of install at 8:45am they emailed me that they needed to push out the install out multiple days. This was not acceptable as we had guests coming and I was only in town for the day. They kept saying they would try and get out that day, but a few hours later they informed me I needed a permit prior to install which was not mentioned up until that point. That put the brakes on the project of course. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company especially if you are trying to get a project done at a specific time.
