The owner, Jason, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive throughout the entire situation. Looking back, I should have trusted the negative reviews I saw before booking with them instead of brushing them off. One of their pool technicians came out on Monday to inspect our filter. According to Jason, the filter was inspected but not cleaned or serviced. He also stated that at the time of inspection, there were no signs of leaking or damage after the technician left. The very next day, we noticed a leak coming from the filter area. When we contacted Jason about it, instead of taking any accountability or even considering that something may have happened during the visit, he immediately claimed the unit was "old and broken" and needed to be completely replaced for $1,700. How does that make any sense? One day the filter supposedly shows no signs of leaking or damage, and immediately after their technician visits, it suddenly becomes "broken" and needs a costly replacement? Jason completely disregarded the obvious concern that something may have happened during or after the inspection. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect from the owner alone is enough for me to never use this company again. I would strongly recommend others do their research and proceed with caution before hiring Blissful Waters Pool Company.

Jason and James are professional, on-time, and communicative. For the first time in my time in Orlando, I don't have any pool worries! Pricing is quite reasonable for the services provided, but Blissful Waters goes beyond providing the service requested and makes excellent suggestions to improve how my pool is maintained. Living in such a hot climate, I am well familiar with the weekly need to add water to our pool. Even before I had engaged Blissful Waters, Jason suggested that I get a hose bib timer so that his team can take care of adding water each week. I did not know that hose bib timers existed or that they were so affordable. Adding water to my pool is one less thing I need to remember to do, because Blissful Waters takes care of it for me. Each week, I receive via email an excellent summary of the services performed, including a photo of the pool. If I have questions, Jason is just a text away. Quite simply, I am thrilled with the service that Blissful Waters Pool Care provides!

I flew in from the west coast just for the install and the morning of install at 8:45am they emailed me that they needed to push out the install out multiple days. This was not acceptable as we had guests coming and I was only in town for the day. They kept saying they would try and get out that day, but a few hours later they informed me I needed a permit prior to install which was not mentioned up until that point. He did a wonderful job, totally cleaned up the disaster I had from our deck being power washed, cleaned my filter twice, because the problem was so bad, and started regular weekly cleaning on Monday. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience…read more Shortly after hiring them, I experienced ongoing problems with my pool, including weeks of cloudiness and recurring algae issues. Despite multiple service visits and repeated assurances that the problem was being addressed, the pool remained in poor condition and my vacation rental guests complained that they did not feel comfortable using it. The company ultimately recommended replacing the pool pump, which I paid to have installed. Less than a year later, the pump stopped working while still under warranty. When I contacted the company for warranty service, they refused to address the issue. They also told me a technician had visited the property and attributed the problem to a power outage, but my exterior security cameras do not show anyone from the company coming to the property during the time they claimed the visit occurred. As a result, I have had to hire another pool company to diagnose and repair the issue. A warranty is only valuable if a company is willing to honor it, and that has not been my experience. Because of how this matter has been handled, I have filed (or am filing) a complaint with the appropriate Florida licensing and consumer protection authorities. I would encourage anyone considering this company to carefully evaluate whether they are comfortable relying on them for warranty service and ongoing support. I will also add that the owner of the company has messaged me to threaten that if I do not take down my reviews they would provide negative reviews to my airbnb listing. He essentially is threatening to retaliate against me by commiting fraud to bully me into not holding his company accoutable.
