I later received a call from Luis. Soon after calling me he put me on hold in order to answer another call, which I found rude. We scheduled an appointment for him to come over and take a look. The time of the appointment passed and Luis didn't come. I called him to check whether he was on his way and he told me that he got stuck at another job and couldn't come. Even though he had no intention of coming that day, he didn't bother to let me know. It appears that this company is related to another pool company called Swim Solutions. He found one leak at the underwater light housing and repaired it on the spot. He found a more serious leak at one of the spa jets that required removal of a section of the spa surface around the jet to remove and replace a cracked PVC pipe behind the wall. That repair took a 2nd visit from a different tech trained to do that kind of work. It took a few hours but the finished job matches the pool surface well and leak is repaired.
