He said he was gonna put in for a new one.2 weeks later. He comes back and he just walks in my backyard without any notification that they were coming and walked through my screen house without any permission, he was very mean to my wife. He changed the pool pump and then they charged us $99 for a service charge which it wasn't even my fault because the pool pump in the first place was defective. Never got my money back. Bad customer service bad attitudes never use them again.

Most recently, they replaced our DE filter unit and just today swapped out all the stuff for our automatic chlorinator so it continues to run as it should. This store is near my parent's house and I was on the hunt for a Big Green Egg at the best price. I called here and told them I found a better price at an ACE but I wanted to come here and they were able to match the price. *note- they might not be able to in the future because the Big Green Egg Company is regulating prices a little more strict coming up* He made sure I would have a big enough car, told me to make sure to bring straps and some more info so I'd be prepared before I came. They have a huge selection of accessories and different sized eggs there. They have a whole section of the store dedicated to it. They also, obviously, have all the pool maintenance, tools, and fun things you might need for your pool. Great selection here. So when I came he told me some tips to give my boyfriend for whom the egg was for (it's a gift) to get the most out of it and said it would be a good idea to put it under his name for warranty and things in the future. He rang me up quickly at the lowered price and then came and helped me put it in my car. I say help...I contributed essentially nothing since he just went ahead and took care of it. When we had some issues with the straps he brought, he went and got some from the store and said to not fuss and bring them back when I could and sent me on my way. I was so grateful to be able to work with him! It was nice to know that they have someone who is looking out for the customer first.

The owner previously stated in another one star review that he or she "valued their long-term customers". Obviously not. I recently received a call that my designated day for all these years had to be changed to earlier in the week and that was it. End of discussion. This NOT VALUED long-term customer will find another pool service.
