He said call to call the next day if was making noise still. I called the next day and a guy came out. He was not friendly at all and he said that there was nothing wrong with the pool pump. He said he was gonna put in for a new one.2 weeks later. He comes back and he just walks in my backyard without any notification that they were coming and walked through my screen house without any permission, he was very mean to my wife. He changed the pool pump and then they charged us $99 for a service charge which it wasn't even my fault because the pool pump in the first place was defective. Never got my money back. Bad customer service bad attitudes never use them again.

I especially appreciated that they often suggested practical solutions without pressuring me to purchase their products. Unfortunately, today's experience was very different. While testing my pool water, the employee bluntly stated that because the store was testing my water, I should purchase the recommended chemicals from them. I found this comment unprofessional and inconsistent with a service advertised as a free water test. If purchasing chemicals is a condition of receiving the test, the store should clearly state that upfront or charge a fee for the service. Advertising the test as free and then pressuring customers to buy products feels misleading and undermines the trust the store has built with its customers. I hope management addresses this issue and reinforces a more respectful, customer-focused approach.

I recently received a call that my designated day for all these years had to be changed to earlier in the week and that was it. End of discussion. We had a pool put in and completed this year with Bobs Pools. We did the 30 day start up with them…read moreand then started with Swim N Fun Pool Cleaning Services located in Winter Springs. They started servicing our pool in March of 2022 this year. We have several issues with them, not vacuuming, green around the corners. Well we decided to let them go as of 07/25/22. We had a few pool companies come out for quotes and one company informed us that have a calcium build up in the pool and has to be treated ad scrubbed with metal brush and takes about 2 weeks. We called Swim N Fun and spoke to Jason and he is refusing to take care of the problem. This is a brand new pool and now we have to pay hundreds of dollars to get it taken care of.
