The spa is a Hot Springs salt based system, so very little maintenance is required due to a lot of automation of water quality tech built in. There have been a few small items requiring some fixes, but have been covered by warranty which is a bonus and another reason why we chose this spa system.

I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

Ordered another one (Black Prodigy 14-22 Weatherproof). I had an appointment for Service to deliver, remove the old one, install the new. On that day, I unexpectedly couldn't be home. But the Hot Springs technicians did exactly what was required without me being here. Got the new cover installed and took away the old one. Surprised me when I got home.
