There's a reason there haven't been any reviews of this place for over 2 years. Frankly, their pool cleaning services are terrible. Go elsewhere. They had this guy named Peter that was above and beyond awesome. Good at his work, insightful, thorough, kind, efficient, and more. Peter must have left because good people go where they're treated well. The new pool tech, in the month he's been servicing out pool has a) not shown up twice (we are supposed to have weekly service but he no call/no show'ed and our cameras didn't see him for two weeks) and b) for the two times he did show up spent no more than five minutes with our pool. Barely enough time to run a test let alone run a brush to clean it. When we called to ask for a partial refund (we're not asking for the whole month, he did in fact appear and do _something_ to the pool) they told us it wasn't possible to issue a refund. The owner said they would "do better". We asked for the refund as a way for them to "do better". He said he couldn't offer a refund. So, we're taking our business elsewhere. Thanks guys! read more

I never feel pressured into purchasing anything "extra" therefore I feel comfortable in asking about products and services they carry. I have been using Pool Pleaser III for 5-years now after building my new pool. Mike is very knowledgeable, helpful and always in a positive mood. I never feel as if I'm being taken advantage of or steered to purchase unwarranted supplies. I have required a lot of new equipment for my pool and Mike has always guided me to the best equipment for my particular pool. I have tried the larger pool supply chains and was not comfortable in the amount of chemicals I was sold. I trust Mike, he keeps my pool looking like the oasis I envision. read more

What a crock. These people charged me a DEPOSIT of $9.00 each on chlorine bottles. I no longer need chlorine because I've hooked up to city water. Super nice guys work here and were more than happy to share their bounty of basil, grown in a hydroponic unit at the front of the store! The boyfriend goes here to get wood pellets for his grill, and seems very happy with the service and selection. They have pool toys galore, but most are old looking, in faded looking packages and are on the pricy side. Although Small Fry did find one foam bat & ball combo for under 3 bucks that went home with us. read more

I have to say I am not leaving one star only because the staff are extremely nice and their chemicals are fairly-priced. I have used them to test my pool water for over a year. Though my pool has always been pristine with zero issues, they have me buying $50-$100 worth of chemicals every month. They would always tell me I needed to add something, and not just acid which a salt pool does need weekly. I used to go there and have my water tested every 2-3 weeks. So I ended up buying my own test kit. Not some consumer-rated test strip to dip in the water. I bought a $100 Taylor FAS-DPD plus NaCl commercial test kit which tests over a dozen parameters of the pool water. I found over a several month period that all I ever needed to add was the acid (of course) which is about $5 a month. Once, I had to increase my alkalinity. That was about $10. So I went from spending $50-$100 monthly at the pool store to about a total of $30 over four months so far! I hate to say it, but the nice guys at this pool store were either ripping me off every few weeks by telling me I needed to buy chemical that I actually didn't need, or their pool water test equipment is faulty. read more

These people are horrible! They sent out 3 different people and every time it was as if none of them communicated with the other. My pool never looked clean. They had no idea what they were doing and just said I was told to come out here. They over charge for parts and labor. Ridiculous read more
