I flew in from the west coast just for the install and the morning of install at 8:45am they emailed me that they needed to push out the install out multiple days. This was not acceptable as we had guests coming and I was only in town for the day. They kept saying they would try and get out that day, but a few hours later they informed me I needed a permit prior to install which was not mentioned up until that point. That put the brakes on the project of course. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company especially if you are trying to get a project done at a specific time.

Raypak not only replaced but it completely upgraded my pool heat pump unit. Nexgen/ASP also followed suit by effectively installing the new unit at my property. This year, I asked them to let me know when they were available to do a pool opening. I was told the beginning of June, to which I responded "please send over the authorization form." I never received it. The next correspondence I had with ASP was a sales receipt for a pool opening. That's ok, their policy is to charge before they perform the service. The first issue is that I never authorized this. They charged a card from a previous year's service. Additionally, because we were never told when they were planning on opening the pool, the water level was too low to actually turn the pool on. The jets were not installed and the baskets were not placed in the skimmers. I reached out to ASP to rectify this, to which they responded they would be returning the place the baskets and vacuum "as a courtesy." Today I received a receipt for "weekly maintenance," which again, I never authorized, and, even in previous years, I have never used them for weekly maintenance. At this point, my only option is to dispute these charges. I would recommend spending the extra money - it will buy you decent communication and complete services as agreed.
