They had this guy named Peter that was above and beyond awesome. Good at his work, insightful, thorough, kind, efficient, and more. Peter must have left because good people go where they're treated well. The new pool tech, in the month he's been servicing out pool has a) not shown up twice (we are supposed to have weekly service but he no call/no show'ed and our cameras didn't see him for two weeks) and b) for the two times he did show up spent no more than five minutes with our pool. Barely enough time to run a test let alone run a brush to clean it. When we called to ask for a partial refund (we're not asking for the whole month, he did in fact appear and do _something_ to the pool) they told us it wasn't possible to issue a refund. The owner said they would "do better". We asked for the refund as a way for them to "do better". He said he couldn't offer a refund. So, we're taking our business elsewhere. Thanks guys!

I am disappointed that you don't provide the service that I need and you took my money for evaluation. It resulted in only stating obvious work and was just an advertisement for you to do the work. We had never owned a pool before and Tom taught us what we needed to know. We had a standard chlorine pool system when we purchased our home, after a bit of research and a knowledge share with Tom we decided to change to what we call a salt water pool system. We have had our main pump replaced, large filter and housing replaced, a pressure return connected for our pool robot to name a few. With all this done we have received a Service Invoice sent for the work to be approved, it gives information on what is to be done and the cost. Yes, our service team member has changed over time but, if there is any issue we call the main office let them know and it is corrected if need be. We are notified of any changes to the cleaning schedule, and with the weather here I'm surprised everything runs so smoothly. Having just gone through back to back hurricanes recently our pool was kept balanced so we could use it if need be. I'm am so glad Tom and his team are our Pool Service Company. We were kept informed and up to date on service and chemicals and it was cleaned as soon as it could be. Be realistic about the teams time constraints, our pools are not the only one the team takes care of in a day.
