The spa is a Hot Springs salt based system, so very little maintenance is required due to a lot of automation of water quality tech built in. The reply from AP&S is more BS from them. They were even saying the circuit breaker panel on the…read moreside of the house was one they installed. No it wasn't, the home builder installed it. I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

After weeks of delays and zero accountability, my pool turned completely green and unusable. I've spent over $300 out of pocket trying to keep it under control with chemicals -- all because they couldn't be bothered to do their job. Then, after I left a polite but honest review, their rep told me they would no longer help and that I should call the manufacturer myself, saying they had "other things to do." They blamed their technician, the equipment, and even me -- anyone but themselves. This company clearly doesn't stand behind their work or care about customers once the sale is done. Avoid at all costs.

In 2021, Eric and his company completed a spore/mold mitigation removal to my pool. After draining…read morethe pool, Eric's company applied chemical to the surface of the floor. Approximately 5 days later, Eric's company returned to remove the chemical while the pool remained drained. This was when I observed multiple bubbles and craters on the pool surface floor. When Eric was questioned, he stated this occurred as a result of the original builder not applying the correct amount of concrete where the pool floor surface was. Eric refused to take responsibility for the damage he caused to my pool. It shall be noted, the craters and pools were not present before Eric was granted the contract. Essentially, I had to spend approximately $40,000 to have the pool resurfaced. I WILL RECOMMEND NEVER USING ERIC!!
