Within an hour, he found the leak and repaired it. About a month later, we thought there might be a new leak. He came back out, no charge, and indeed did find the second leak! As a technician, Jonathan is thorough, meticulous, knowledgeable, and professional. As a person, he is friendly, thoughtful, conversational, polite, and a delight to be around. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend American Leak Detection if you ever have a pool leak, or a water leak inside your home. Best company out there!!

Turns out, it was just a few toilets leaking and easily fixed with changing out the flappers in the toilet tanks. They only charged me for their time and gave me piece of mind that we didn't have a large leak as described by the meter reader.

Within a few days, our pool water went from murky green to crystal clear for swimming. Robert was honest about our pool's needs as well as the prices and whole process for what he does to maintain it. He has always been prompt and has done a great job. Our pool has consistently been crystal clear. We also get a weekly service report emailed to us with levels, chemicals and treatments added, and pictures of the pool. His prices are very reasonable. It is also nice to support a small business owner who lives locally. I would highly recommend using Robert for your pool services. (I am also not sure that the 1-star review due to installation issues is for the right company. I don't believe Robert provides pool install services.)

I've had 2 liens on my property from this pool project. I have always paid Presidential Pools on time and have been very patient, but I feel I've been taken advantage of at this point. At this point they've received over $75,000 from us. My "pool" sat for months on end with dirty water used by raccoons and other wildlife to bathe and poop. It's been promise after promise and nobody shows or responds. I'm disappointed because I had high hopes for this company. We made it known to them in the beginning that we needed a pool installed due to having a son with Cerebral Palsy and physical activity is critical for us. Even with this information and paying invoices on time, there is no movement, responses or date of completion anywhere in sight. This company needs to understand that this is not a game, this people's money and lives at stake. The customer pays and the work gets done. Simple. There may be bumps along the way with weather, vendors, etc., but 18 months and still no pool? It's inexcusable. Holidays and family events have come and gone, and we've missed out on so much.

Bear's Air to the rescue!…read more Our 2012 installed system came with the new construction. From the onset, the system struggled to properly cool & heat our 2-story home and it finally lost. Bear's Air was right on time because my hubby was at the VA undergoing treatment and I didn't want him to return home to a distressed system. He was release early, and I was in a panic so I bought those portable systems from Lowes. The new system is amazing! Like most folks, I know nothing about ACs & HVACs. Bear's Air recommended the proper tons, size, and model. We were also given the option to repair or replace. Replace was the better option and the cost was fair and honest. Also, Bear's Air has an amazing team that installed the system in 1-day. I am in awe! I have never seen such an efficient team of wonderful young men. They did everything so effectively and tidy. My hubby slept through the entire installation and woke up that evening with an extraordinarily efficient cooling & heating system. It was certainly a game changer during the recent freeze. Once again, I highly recommend Bear's Air 100% and I have recommended them to several of my fellow teachers who've quite frankly been taken advantage of by other service persons.
