There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.

Looking back, I should have trusted the negative reviews I saw before booking with them instead of brushing them off. One of their pool technicians came out on Monday to inspect our filter. According to Jason, the filter was inspected but not cleaned or serviced. He also stated that at the time of inspection, there were no signs of leaking or damage after the technician left. The very next day, we noticed a leak coming from the filter area. When we contacted Jason about it, instead of taking any accountability or even considering that something may have happened during the visit, he immediately claimed the unit was "old and broken" and needed to be completely replaced for $1,700. How does that make any sense? One day the filter supposedly shows no signs of leaking or damage, and immediately after their technician visits, it suddenly becomes "broken" and needs a costly replacement? Jason completely disregarded the obvious concern that something may have happened during or after the inspection. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect from the owner alone is enough for me to never use this company again. I would strongly recommend others do their research and proceed with caution before hiring Blissful Waters Pool Company.

Pricing is quite reasonable for the services provided, but Blissful Waters goes beyond providing the service requested and makes excellent suggestions to improve how my pool is maintained. Living in such a hot climate, I am well familiar with the weekly need to add water to our pool. Even before I had engaged Blissful Waters, Jason suggested that I get a hose bib timer so that his team can take care of adding water each week. I did not know that hose bib timers existed or that they were so affordable. Adding water to my pool is one less thing I need to remember to do, because Blissful Waters takes care of it for me. Each week, I receive via email an excellent summary of the services performed, including a photo of the pool. If I have questions, Jason is just a text away. I consulted this company through Yelp to inquire about service on my pool pump. The filter canister…read morepressure reading was high, though the water circulation was poor and weak. I explained the situation to my Yelp contact, a lady self-identified as "T.S.". She explained to me that if I took the filter out of the canister, my circulation would be back at strength and she was absolutely right when I tried it out. It turns out I just needed a new filter where I was able to pick one up affordably at a local hardware store. This all happened on the beginning of memorial day weekend, so for her to talk me through fixing this problem at a presumably busy time for pool repair technicians, she did me a tremendous favor. Her advice saved me a lot of money. There's no telling what good work this pool service will do if my problem was out of my reach.

I later received a call from Luis. Soon after calling me he put me on hold in order to answer another call, which I found rude. We scheduled an appointment for him to come over and take a look. The time of the appointment passed and Luis didn't come. I called him to check whether he was on his way and he told me that he got stuck at another job and couldn't come. Even though he had no intention of coming that day, he didn't bother to let me know. It appears that this company is related to another pool company called Swim Solutions. I'd suggest checking their Yelp reviews as well.
