The service that Kori provided was outstanding. I'm not the most timely responder to my reviews but…read moreI want to be able to be fully confident on the work done over time. This job was done and I would not hire anyone else to do your pool. Kori is very fair in pricing and much lower than the bigger companies. However, he does not sacrifice any ounce of quality workmanship. He can be busy since it is Florida so patience is key, if you want things done correctly. More expensive, and quick, may not mean quality! Sorry for my lack in getting you this review sooner, it's been a long year as you can expect.

Just over a year after installation, the new pool coating is failing. Multiple pool companies have…read moreinspected it and identified that the surface was not properly prepared prior to application. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.

I called this company for a quote to clean a swimming pool. After sending in photos the quote I…read morereceived was vague, so I asked for someone to come in person to give me an exact quote. I later received a call from Luis. Soon after calling me he put me on hold in order to answer another call, which I found rude. We scheduled an appointment for him to come over and take a look. The time of the appointment passed and Luis didn't come. I called him to check whether he was on his way and he told me that he got stuck at another job and couldn't come. Even though he had no intention of coming that day, he didn't bother to let me know. It appears that this company is related to another pool company called Swim Solutions. I'd suggest checking their Yelp reviews as well.

The name is exactly how this company does business. I don't know if there is more than one Vision Pools because when I saw other reviews that couldn't be the Vision Pools that did my swimming pool. They were awesome the whole time. It only took them a little over 2 months to completely build my pool. I can't say nothing bad about this company. I would beg everyone who wanted a swimming pool to have Vision Pools to do the job. They are trustworthy and do the best job a company can do. They really left me in OMG mode. Unbelievable . They did an awesome job!! I can't say enough about my experience with them. Me and my husband love looking at the pool as much as we love to swim in it . No other company could have beat them. THANK YOU VISION POOLS !!!!!!

They communicated well and came on time for the job. Despite the heat these guys worked hard and still kept their friendliness and good sprit. They did a great job and I could not be happier. I'm glad that I found them here on Yelp and it worked out great.

We had Doc Dean Pools for years. Issues are never their problem no matter what it is. For weeks we've had a yellowing green pool and was assured that our pool would be looking perfect for our backyard party. This is not safe for anyone to swim in! Again, Not their fault!!! It still was not looking clean at all after two weeks!!! We actually had to move our party to an another venue!!! This was not their problem again, and again. Now 3 weeks with an unsafe green pool Their son said it's not their fault and was rude and condescending. Then It still wasn't their fault! The son James is especially rude and condescending and extremely curt trying hard to argue with me even after I told him 3 times that I do not want to talk to you right now. He actually said to me " NO, This is the perfect time to have this conversation" I said no not right now because I'm upset about how you are talking to me and that my pool is still yellow after 3 weeks. There have been issues over the years where they would never take any responsibility and I just let it go but this time was different because of the way James was in my face. He had his face so close to my sliding doors trying to intimidate me! Snickering at me. I have terminated their service and am writing this review as I've seen now on this review page with YELP that others have had similar issues.

He, not only knows how to professionally clean a pool, he's quite knowledgeable about the equipment and chemical usages. I should mention that I've had 4 or 5 other pool cleaning companies more than 5 years ago and have been cleaning my own pool since 2019. Having James has made this transition very easy.
