I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this company to THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING THEM WITH YOUR MONEY OR YOUR EQUIPMENT! My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would never recommend this company to anyone. What should have been a relatively simple repair to my spa heater turned into an expensive, frustrating, and completely unacceptable experience. It all started when my spa heater displayed an error code. I contacted this company expecting professional service from qualified technicians. Instead, they sent someone who, based on the results of his work, appeared unable to properly diagnose or resolve the problem. FIRST VISIT -- OVER $250 CHARGED, AND NOTHING WAS FIXED! The technician came out, supposedly repaired my heater, and charged me over $250. Unfortunately, the heater was never fixed! I contacted the company immediately to explain that the exact same problem remained. SECOND VISIT -- QUOTED $255, THEN CHARGED OVER $1,500 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION! After explaining the error code again, I was informed that an additional part was needed and that the repair would cost approximately $255. Although I was already frustrated about paying for the first unsuccessful service visit, I reluctantly authorized the additional $255 repair. Imagine my shock when, instead of the agreed-upon $255, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD OVER $1,500 WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING ME OR OBTAINING MY APPROVAL FOR THE INCREASED AMOUNT! No phone call. No explanation beforehand. No revised estimate for my approval. They simply processed the charge. When I questioned this outrageous difference, the company acknowledged that they had made a mistake with the original quoted price. THIRD VISIT -- THEY RETURNED AND DISABLED MY HEATER! This is where the situation became even more unbelievable. Because I refused to accept a $1,500 charge for a repair I had been told would cost $255, the company returned that same day and removed or disabled components of my heater. MY HEATER, WHICH WAS AT LEAST POWERING ON BEFORE THEIR INVOLVEMENT, NOW DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! I originally hired this company to repair an error code. After multiple service visits, hundreds of dollars in charges, and an unauthorized charge exceeding $1,500, I was left with a completely nonfunctional heater. How is this acceptable customer service? AND IT GETS WORSE -- MORE CHARGES AND NO RESOLUTION! Despite everything that happened, the company has refused to return and restore my heater to working condition. I was also charged an additional $90, and they have refused to credit the original $250-plus service charge for a repair that never resolved the problem. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this situation professionally and reasonably. I even took the time to email the owner directly, hoping someone in leadership would take responsibility and make things right. ZERO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I gave this company every opportunity to correct its mistakes. Instead, I have been left with additional charges, a heater that no longer works, and a complete lack of confidence in their business practices. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE: DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY! Based on my personal experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from trusting this company with their spa equipment or credit card information. A reputable company should stand behind its work, honor its estimates, communicate price changes before performing repairs, and take responsibility when something goes wrong. In my experience, this company failed on every one of those expectations. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, STRESS, FRUSTRATION, AND HEADACHE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I sincerely hope this review prevents another customer from experiencing what I have gone through. No paying customer should have to fight this hard just to receive the service they were promised.
