We have used Becks several times but this last order we got much less than we paid for. We ordered…read moreand paid $375.00 for a 30 gal Sundown orange Bouganviella tree to be installed. We were told it would be a single stalk and the available ones were 8 to 10 ft. tall. We were told it would be about 1 to 2 weeks for it to be delivered from a more southern nursery. After 5 weeks (and many phone calls and excuses) we get it delivered and it is only 5 feet tall and a 4 braided vine stalk. We sent it back and were told the next day that is the only option we have. There are no more available. We decided to take it but before it was delivered it apparently fell over and one vine broke off. Jeff told my wife they would provide a discount. It was installed the next day but when they planted it (after digging a huge hole), they easily pulled out the 3 gal root bound base which had recently been replanted into the much larger 30 gal container!! NOT what we were expecting from Becks. Three calls to Penny in the office asking for a call back and NO ONE has called. This was a dishonorable way to treat customers and we no longer recommend this nursery.
